Hard to get the market reaction to the latest deal as fossil fuels are taking a bashing due to the ceasefire.

Looks like the seller has a 15$ sell limit. Positive signals away from that with the gas price and increased production via the acquisitions. I tend to agree with a previous poster that DEC may have purchased wells at bargain prices. It only takes for the Iran leader to fart loudly and energy prices will climb quickly. Dragging all asset values with it.

US still pulling down the SP on their opening. Going to take some time to flush out the giveaway shares. I hope DEC still have a buyback support in place at a decent level.

Some large buys coming in. The upward SP journey is set to continue :)

Hopefully the start of a takeover frenzy. It's a lot easier to take over assets than it is to build from scratch.

A lot of what ifs. One thing for certain is that the sun is shinning and making a lot of money. As we warm up, air-con adoption will increase, summer day time energy will be in big demand. Add in the electric transport requirements and we will need a lot more solar. The current assets will be worth a lot more.

Gas over $4, oil up. It's all looking good to be invested in fossil fuels.

Gas price at a high level, giving DEC the opportunity to lock in good future hedge prices. SP a long way off the fair value of the company.

Nice to go over £11. All eyes on the US open now. Will they support or drag it down again?

If only unTrusty Rusty would have learnt his lesson in London. Yet, he took the same strategy to the US market. It will take some time before he is forgiven. However, if he can do nothing, promote the numbers, DEC SP should increase. Giving him a chance to do proper, fair fund raises for growth. Especially with a good capital backing.
