I'm more than happy to receive some extra dividends.

We have just been through a stay at home pandemic so of course the value of Shell has dropped. As energy prices recover over a longer term, the SP should also recover. Also, the divi should increase as the cash starts flowing in. I like how they are also investing in renewable energy.

Survive (pandemic), revive (online investment & strategic shops only), thrive!

One thing for sure is that, at the current oil & gas prices, Shell is making a good profit. Expect a pick up in the SP soon(ish).

Warthog4, I've only been invested in Aviva since this year so I can't comment on past performance. All current and forecasted fundamentals look solid to me.

More investment from the directors into the company.

I don't think you can go wrong with Aviva. Low PE and I believe the SP will continue to climb to at least 450 this year. If you are after great dividends, take a look at AEWU and DEC. Both pay quarterly divi at around 8%.

It's all a bit strange. Shanta doing all the right things and gold price is in a good place. I thought this would be closer to 20p by now.

The placing price was too low in my opinion. Still, it should climb beyond 120 in the next few months. Soon to have a +1b valuation.

I'm so happy they changed their name. It gives them a spring board for future non-gas/oil investments.

What's the incentive if they are rewarded for losing money? This is a p*** take for anyone invested in the company.

Ah that's interesting. I hold DGOC in DEGIRO and a 212 ISA. Completed the form on both sites. DEGIRO take the 15% but just checked 212 and they don't. That's a bonus.

I couldn't resist investing in IQE. It looks like a bargain with the 5G revolution heading our way. I know the company has a poor reputation but I see demand stronger than supply and IQE could do well without trying too hard. Could be right place at the right time.

At some point in the very near future there will be a big swing back to renewables. Once the world gets a handle on COVID, there will be a lot of pressure to switch from coal, oil and gas. I see this as a safe holding with a good upside soon.

The best way for them to boost SP and thrive in the future is to invest more into alternative energy. Buy some wind and solar farms. Go for a headline of 'Europe's biggest battery installation'.
