In 2019 when the world was 'normal' and oil and gas prices were a lot lower, RDSB was around £2.5. There is no reason in today's market that the SP shouldn't be the same or even higher.

It would seem its only popular to attack fossil fuel suppliers when we have plenty of fossil fuel. The world is clearly too hooked on the stuff for a quick radical change. Hopefully we will have some sensible discussions about how to transit to greener solutions at a slower phased level.

The hedging is essential to DEC long term strategy. They know what they will earn, what they can invest and what they can pay us. Their customers know what they will pay. Everyone's a winner.

On the IQE website it says "virtually all wireless communication has, and continues to be, enabled by IQE technology" and yet they cannot make any money! Surely the management of the company needs to be replaced.

Expect some bumper earnings if the gas price stays so high.

OMG can gas go any higher? Up 100% since Jan 20! A lot of companies will be trying to buy via DEC to avoid the price uncertainty. Hopefully DEC has raised future hedged prices.

Why sell at this level? I guess you could invest the cash in an imaginary coin, doomed travel stock or a super over priced tech company :)

Surprised to see the SP going down. Recruitment is super hot now and will be for some time to come.

Future earnings will be very good, thanks to predictable production and hedged pricing. The current high gas price is enabling Dec to lock in some good future sales prices. I'm happy to park a big chunk of cash here for a few years.

Hi all. I noticed I've got a dividend tax of 25% on my Aviva dividend today. Is that normal?

Every time we tickle 110, the sellers pile in.

There is some good news. We need lots of construction and maintenance in the UK. The demand is there. They should have priced in the labour and material shortages in the latest quotes. As the new contracts are completed, the profits should increase. I'm hoping to see a progressive amount of good news in the next 6 months.

I agree with the no dividend policy. It's the responsible thing to do. I disagree with the directors giving themselves big bonuses, including massive free share allocations. That's irresponsible. Double standard directors! I can't see the share price going up too much until the directors are replaced.

Let's hope DEC can keep this steady climb going

Good choice to buy in now. With such a low PE, making good profits, paying a great dividend, what's not to like about M&G?
