Dividend payouts on the way. At this price, I would expect a lot to be re-invested back into DEC. Should boost the SP.

The US gas price is now as low as the COVID period. DECs sensible hedge policy looks fantastic now.

The reporting against hedges is a bit silly. If the gas remains below $3.83 this year, DEC will report massive profits next year without changing anything.

Once again a solid set of numbers. Record production, huge reserves and a high ongoing hedge price. I would expect the SP to return back to a normal level quite quickly.

All the powers in the universe are trying to keep the SP above 90. Surely that's as low as it will go?!?

Don't waste your time with the big boys and their contempt for shareholders. If you want a 15% dividend, head to DEC :)

No need to panic, just take advantage of the low SP and buy more. I've been invested in Dec for a long time. The SP decline is a natural trend without any real justification. The same as when it will be going up soon. Their model is proven and they generate a lot of revenue in good and/or bad times. The short-term dividend is protected by hedging. Unless gas prices drop below 2$ the future dividends should always be there. The SP will recover as quickly as it dropped.

Surely the big boys will buy into DEC. The dividend is well supported and creating a massive return. The SP cannot stay at these levels for long. An easy 20% return in the short term.

DEC have long term supply agreements at a good price. We saw that during COVID, as one of the very few suppliers that actually thrived in a low demand environment. The SP dropped then but those who bought either traded for a good profit or have enjoyed a great dividend. Use this as a opputunity to buy cheap shares.

If there is a no vote the SP will drop like a stone. Be careful what you wish for.

Rusty always has a master plan. He's got us this far from very humble beginnings. My guess is that they will use the majority of the remaining credit on a big acquisition.

If the market gas price remains low gas, DEC will declare huge profits due to the hedge price. This will attract a whole host of investors. Especially those who invest on headline numbers and no interest or understanding of the business model.

Also in 2ks we are all getting 3.5p dividend per share.

No need to panic. The SP will return to 120 soon.

Looks like selling activity close to the offer price of 105.

Although I moaned about the SP destruction, I did buy quite a bit of buying yesterday at just under 107. To be honest, I didn't think the SP would be that low again. At a yearly dividend return rate of 12p (15% tax already taken off), 107 is still a great bargain.

Oddly, they are very strict on maintaining a very high dividend. I'm annoyed today but the SP will recover and any purchase under 110 in the next couple of days is a great investment. We will not see the SP this low for some time.

I've always invested heavily in DEC as I believe they are a very well run company. However, this is the second time they have done a flash share sale and excluding the most loyal small shareholders. Destroying the SP and confidence in the management team overnight. And for what reason? They have under sold the company value and will have to pay 12% interest (yearly dividend) to the new shareholders forever. Surely, its better to borrow from the bank at 6% at have it paid off at some point!

I can't buy now. No problem yesterday. Looks like a lack of available shares. Up the SP please!

I'm buying from this point onwards. Just in small amounts but the risk/reward point is right IMO

The companies equity is so much higher than the market cap. There has to be a good chance that this will get taken over or a strong case for the SP to recover.
