The hedge prices are an increase from past years. Production has also increased. Dividend is better covered than in previous years so is more likely to go up, than down.

Once again, as soon as it tickled 95, it got a big slap backwards.

Hey Trek, it would be good to get past 95. It looks like the large sells are still coming in around that number.

It seems like everytime the SP hits 95, a decent sell comes in to drag it below.

I believe DEC are getting ready to bang out a positive business update. Plenty of cash in the bank, hedge sales above the gas prices, increase in production & one of the highest & consistent dividends in the market. That will give the SP a kick up the bum.

Well at this price, surely it's an attractive takeover target. Your thoughts?

Very weak demand this week. Even small sells are dragging the SP quickly down. We really need some positive news.

Classic drop on fear without much substance. Always the best time to buy.

I'm part of a large organisation making an office move. No discounts or cheap offices available. The rent is still very high.

Maybe the balance sheet headline display is the problem. However, in 6 months time it will look fantastic. This could attract many new investors who don't delve deep into the accounts.

I wonder if they will announce something before? At the very least I'm sure they will convince more investors to come on board.

Interesting battle with SP at the moment. Hard to go beyond 93 in either direction. A bit of news needed.

Looks like another day of high buying Vs sells. Hopefully this will continue.

Buy backs started and director buys. Hopefully the start of the SP recovery.

Can anyone see if M&G are still invested in DEC

Clearly, new investors are not coming in due to a lack of understanding of DEC. The directors need to keep highlighting the company fundamentals. We know they will show a massive profit for 2023. They should beat that drum as loud as possible.

Almost every day ends with a large sell. The seller(s) must be nearly cleared out. Plenty of buys to push the SP up when they do finally clear off. Hang in there folks :)

I think we have a couple of large sellers. Once they are out of the way, the SP will spring back up. Great opportunity to take advantage of the SP in the meantime.

Who is selling at this level? It makes no sense that so much volume is being sold at a loss. Especially as the company only ever has good news to give and such a huge regular increasing divedend.
