Chris - when should I expect an RNS announcing the sale?

You get away with constant jam tomorrow optimism for 3 years +, so I would like to pin you down on what you are now promising people?

My prediction is that there will not be a sale, and that there will be a placing and /or a drawdown of death spiral funds before any future Sale RNS.

I’m sorry but this transaction should be a concern for all holders. As far as I can see the market was not tested to determine if gneiss are competitive. This goes for the history of this cozy little arrangement.

These are material sums that have gone out the door.

The cost of doing business seems to be very high considering the companies assets and prospects. Perhaps it is not worth it and money should be handed back to shareholders?

Gas is drawing far too much attention to itself. We don’t want a windfall tax of anything silly like that.

The futures guide as you suggest. Expensive winter then drops back to 40 - 50 over summer and into the following years.

You seem to think everyone is nice and there to look after you. Unfortunately investing in SCIR has done nothing but lose the majority of shareholders a lot of money over the years through serious and serial mismanagement (in my opinion)

GE delay could work out rather nicely in a rising oil price as we won’t need to hedge the additional 6000 barrels per day that we will need to once we own GE.

I wonder if we are clearing out some of the stale bulls from early days. Many will be showing a profit for the first time in years and will be very tempting to lock that in.

Once they are cleared we should move up to 80p pretty rapidly IMHO.

The problem is that the outsourcing is being done for the benefit of directors / former directors other interests.

It looks bad that Gneiss have bought there way onto the BOD and then hand work back to themselves.

I don’t believe Gneiss is a huge operation so not like we are getting access to 30 guys.

This seems to be their modus operandi, and a very profitable one too!
