First thing is to increase cash flow through optimization. I doubt their will be much of an operating profit initially.

Beyond that this needs to be rapidly scaled to justify the management costs. I’m not sure where the cash for this is going to come from?

I don’t get it right all the time, but with SCIR it has been a very obvious decline. You just need to recognise how ineffective the BOD are and their lack of clear strategy. Also funding is key. With no cash flow there is no hope. Death by a thousand dilutions. Seen it many times before.

Politicians have been driving down the price of oil for years, disincentivising investment (through encouragement of short cycle drill baby drill, and pressure on opec). They are now reaping the higher prices from these policies.

In real terms oil is not expensive. We will soon get used to “higher for longer”. Fossil fuel investors want a decent return now for the risks they are taking.

Sure I do - he owns 30% of the company so I trust that his interests are aligned with shareholders. He did well with Dana and obviously has been unlucky this time round that the cycle has been screwed up.

Looks like it has finally started to break out of anyone is interested. Producing around 600 boepd from low cost onshore gas fields (costs circa $10 per boe).

Making around £100k a day at current prices by my estimation. Should have around £30 million in the bank at the moment based on £24 million at December 2020.
