Vec is far from being a 1 trick pony & my view is that the sum of the parts valuation substantially exceeds our current SP.Very early days but todays RNS but must have added to our value & my hope now is for positive newsflow over the coming weeks/months in order to facilitate a rerate.

Agreed that not the best deal possible -but a deal with a very successful & growing conpany which ,if successful,should still result in very decent cash flows to Vec ,thereby increasing our value .Most agree that Vec is undervalued,partly due to disappointment in our performance to date & partly as we have been vulnerable to manipulators .Perhaps this will be the first of other deals/announcements which will demonstrate our worth & allow our SP to achieve fair value -whatever that may be

What will The Shorters & Manipulators make of todays exciting news-although i expect we will be marked down to 60p.
with view to our partnership with HIK re Advair it was always likely that any generic launch of the Ellipa range would also be partnered with them.By market cap they are around 10 X bigger than ourselves & it is probably not unreasonable to assume that if anyone showed an interest in acquiring us that they may want first choice.

Next week & there must be comprehensive trading update to accompany which will hopefully provide a positive view of out trading so far together with a progress report on our new Fleet initiative.It would also be good to hear about the impact of our new BDMS offering .

We were promised much newsflow in the second half ,which should make for a busy few weeks on the RNS front before 31st December.Hopefully Hikma s trading up date this week will start the ball rolling with positive progress reported on our Advair study, followed by a much hoped for successful outcome of our litigation with GSK -apart from expected progress on our prospective new products & Partnerships.
this has been a woeful investment so far but perhaps the worm is about to turn ?

Isn’t the whole point that our system was adapted for our new mystery offering & May therefore offer different features .Aleays the optimist !

Great to see PDMRs buying but why such pitifully low amounts.I am not sure that the message given by todays purchases by our CEO & FD dont give s negative message.JG & DL have large holdings already but Mick & Sharon dont & I would have hoped that with their insider knowledge that they may have at least filled their ISA s with 200k shares each

Hopefully a detailed trading update will be published alongside the AGM next month which will clarify our new strategy regarding Fleet & provide a detailed performance update in respect of all divisions ,including revenue to date this year . Contract news ahead of the AGM would be also very useful

Let’s hope that positive newsflow ivercthe coming weeks/months will result in a re rating of our SP & if we are to be taken out we will at least get a reasonable (if not full) price for our shares

I entirely appreciate your considered & informed point Lindon. If it is that obvious to you & others who understand clearly how these scenarios evolve,surely the powers (so called) that be at The LSE will similarly be aware & invoke an enquiry into the trading patterns which have held our SP down for a considerable period. Perhaps the future maybprove that some of us should be grateful for these manoeuvres as if our SP does(eventually ) recover,those of us who have either been brave (or stupid) enough to buy more shares at these levels may we'll be rewarded . An extremely frustrating investment ,particularly if ourvSP has been held down by those with an ulterior motive -so let's hope that we enjoy a period (soon) of very positive newsflow

Positive & no reason to sell when Shorts should be running for cover

Pleasant surprise from CRU for first time in quite a while ,demonstrating that Mick is doing a great job .Hopefully PDMRs will be buying shares with anyb'spare ' cash as where else will they get 6/7% on their money with decent prospect of capital growth too.They know The Truth!

Ocado hunting for 2 new distributions centres could result in further extensions of our contracts to supply totes

Key employees could do what the rest of us have to do -ie buy shares in the market out of their taxed income.If they believe in the company & want more shares they should buy them & I would be disappointed if Jack or Ryan didn’t buy any -Apart from their freebies

Very positive & positive spin on UK retails small decline but I am sure that the plan must be to reduce the retail estate by natural erosion -ie non renewal of leases coming to an end in locations which which are not profitable or have unacceptably low margins .Sounds as if US on brink of amajir launch generating new income streams

Following the disappointment of substantially downgraded revenues £ break even being pushed out further The Market (& us) need reassurance that our new strategy is on track & news of the major contracts often discussed here would be helpful .We are all more wary but still hopefully for the potential for great success here & we will have to continue to be patient for a while longer

Interesting if Ken is planning his exit as ,if so, he will want our SP much higher .I also hope our Chairman & COO spend some of their own dosh onbuying a decent number of shares ,Apart from the freebies which they are bound to be given

Until recently we didn’t have an Executive Team-we had Ken & a CFO-who is financial only ,rather than FD Now we have a Chairman with a great track record & well connected & a COO with a decent technology track record .lets hope our Executive team inspires investor confidence & ,most importantly ,we have some great news to impart shortly

Zero doubt in my mind that it is 1 of our major investors & prob Traf
