It would be great if Jack bought a decent number of shares in the Market ( apart from the free shares which he will no doubt be awarded with).However if he does buy ,as an insider, there will clearly be no bid talks underway, currently

we have a trading update due any day now & it will be interesting to see how it compares with IGG s assessment of The Market.

Ken & Mike were far too optimistic in their FY18 /FY19 projections -published about 12 months ago & managing investors expectations is crucial. Perhaps Ken is now being over cautious re FY19 &,in a very fast moving market how can you realistically project in Sept for a year ending in June19.We may (or may not) sign dome incredible contracts -but there is much to be done . My view is that Jack Boyer has been instrumental in this new strategy & I am glad to see him becoming Non Exec Chairman immediately (rather than legging it) & I am also pleased to see the appointment of a (seemingly) heavyweight (ex Thales) COO-resulting in a more more structured senior management team.Lets hope Jack buys a decent number of shares post results,rather than being given 10 million free shares. Let's hope the Results will be rapidly followed by our first major contract/contracts in Japan. We are likely to need more capital as the year progreses & I continue to hope,if so, that a serious strategic investor takes a stake & that they will be able to help us achieve our ambitions (unlike VSI)

Fleet has clearly disappointed & represents a major logistical challenge, in respect of sourcing components & manufacturing as well as the major installation challenge of arranging for our engineers to instal G2 in vehicles which,by definition, are usually on the road.A change of focus may be more appropriate whereby selling into the second hand market is partnered with a company with the scale of organisation to execute efficient installation & the primary emphasis becomes the supply of Fovio to Truck ,Coach & Bus manufacturers etc in large volume where we will still receive recurring monitoring income,allbeit at a lower monthly cost per unit but with exponentially higher sales.
i am sure we are all nervous ahead of tomorrows Results & there can be few of us who remain 100% bullish

It would be a glorious irony if Generic Ellipta proved to be the catalyst for a major re rating ( apart from the substantial prospective profitability) with view to our current legal dispute with GSK regarding the royalties .I doubt whether HIK would be interested in acquiring us although they must surely be interested in generic Ellipta- assuming that they have worked will with us in respect of generic Advair.

Impressive Results & all appears to be on track-all we need now is a sustained increase in the price of CU & one of our cornerstone investors to buy us for a substantial premium-not too much to ask.

We can speculate/fantasize about bidding wars but the tone for our SP performance will be set be Ken in next weeks Results & Outlook statement.We now know (what many of suspected) that Fleet has majorly underperformed expectations & that the global "component shortage" was a scapegoat for a broader problem -which ken will hopefully fully discuss in the results & the review of Fleet operations will hopefully result in decisive action being taken.I fully appreciate all the recent criticism of Ken but I am not sure that he wants to deliberately suppress our SP ahead of a low ball bid & the accounts should represent the financial reality of what happened with the numbers in the period to 30/6/18.I am sure that Ken would love to be able to announce another significant contract win ahead of the Results & I am sure that when he exits he will want full value for his shareholding-as IF we are sold I would be very surprised if he would want to stay on.On the upside new contracts will be announced & Ken will be super confident of the future of Fovio -the downside being that we need more cash sooner than expected & it would be via another discounted placing - rather than a strategic investor/investors who can help us achieve our ambitions , as opposed to VSI ,who, in my opinion bring nothing to our table & could be part of the problem

Lindon-thanks for your in depth analysis of the results.We are , currently, totally unloved, & the positive tone of the results & Outlook Statement have been totally overlooked by The Market.It has been a long haul, so far, & it looks like we will be waiting a while longer -unless one of our much larger colleagues take the view that they can acquire a fair amount of revenue,profitability ( net of R & D) , IP/Patents & several very decent prospective products, let alone our potential to formulate viable alternatives to the Ellipta range of products.i am reasonably optimistic of living long enough to experience a decent return here & hope that my children dont execute LPOA in respect of my financial management.

Pretty solid , maybe marginally better than expected ,making progress with decent pipeline but not enough excitement in there to result in a substantially re rating -unless someone decides to put us out of our misery by making a bid .

Sounds like a song title but Ken’s latest RNS has caused many of us to question his ability to manage a small global conpany -as he has indeed been honest enough to question himself .I believe he appreciates his shortcomings & the constant globetrotting for a Candian CEO of a company HQd in Canberra must be very tiring & I am sure he & his loved ones question it regularly .I am hoping that the outcome will be an honourable exit ,assisted by Jack, involving the sale of the conpany for a fair price -providing Ken ,Founders & PDMRs generally a very satisfactory exit .We will also achieve ,hopefully ,an honourable exit in the form of decent profits -if not the multi bag profits that some of have dreamt of ,particularly over that year or so.

With 20 million shares bought in the last 2 days I would be surprised if there Arne 1 or 2 discloseable stakes&,if so ,it will be interesting to see who the new owners are as we approach inclusion in the 250

This is potentially great news & encouraging but Ken has already warned to expect very little from Fleet this year so he doesnt expect a turnaround in Fleets fortunes any time soon , although he may now be trying to manage our expectations ,at which he has failed dismally in recent history.We all know that its best (for our SP) to under promise & over deliver, rather than the opposite.

With a massive profit & they need the money following recent profit warnings.so about 17% of our issued shares have been sold in the last day or so for £15.50 & it will be interesting to see who may have bought them ,if any stakes acquired require disclosure.

Great news -The Market knew about founders wanting to reduce further & IIs snapped up the shares v quickly.A trading update later this month confirming that we are stillness busy ,post 1/8, & our SP should recover towards previous highs -particularly once included in The 250

According to Ken VSI provide only a minor part of the production process of G2.i would be very happy if VSI sold their entire stake to , Intel or someone similar, for ,say ,7p-giving them a very decent profit on their relatively short term investment & us a powerful ally to help with our achieving our ambitions-although,sadly,Mobileye style valuations are now very much on the back burner ( or in the freezer)

I actually made a small cash profit from SXX , some time ago - but cost overruns of up to $600mill was unlikely to be well received.With view to results on 19th any of our PDMRs wanting to buy our shares in the market ( including Jack) with real money , cant buy until then .Toyota & a couple of other contracts ahead of 19th may help steady the ship but I would hope that Jacks influence is such that he will insist on a full disclosure of the Fleet problems, how they arose & how they propose to fix it .If not he will be gone quicker than Mike which would further damage our (& Kens) credibility.
I hope one of the reasons for Jacks appointment Jack was to help resolve this problem & that Ken,at least, made a full disclosure to Jack.Perhaps TT will be able to produce G2 ( & speedily on to G3),but Ken clearly doesnt see a quick fix as FY 19 is barely 2 months old & he advised us to expect underperformance from Fleet, with 10 months to go .The FY19 revenue forecast was A$78-A$88mill ( revised down from just under A$100mil)

Having been a serial disappointment lets hope James surprises us all next week & the traders get screwed & our SP starts the long road to recovery.I agree that the announcement of a collaboration on a generic alternative to the Ellipta range would serve the dual purpose of encouraging a SP recovery & hacking of GSK who are one of the components to the malaise in our SP due the legal action

On reflection perhaps he was bought in to dispose of the company & his role will therefore be relatively short term

Todays news may explain why Jack had not yet bought any shares & why his appointment was deferred until early next year - we may have thought so Ken could see what he was like but it is more likely to have been to give Jack the opportunity of exiting with his reputation & CV intact.A quick , but unlikely ,disposal would put most of us out of our misery.

Ken has referred for some time to 10,000 units being connected but I would have hoped that most of the the additional 5,500 units shipped early in July ( following the production delays) would have, by now, been installed & I was surprised, & frankly disappointed, to hear that we still only have 10k installed.The numbers arent adding up & we all know how honest & open Ken is so there must be an explanation & perhaps someone should enquire.I suspect that the Results are expected a little later this year may be to enable some more time to elapse to enable Ken to advise us that we are back on track,when they are eventually announced.Hopefully more significant contract news will be announced ahead of Results including a long awaited deal in Japan & a significant Rail deal-apart from Fleet.Our firmer SP over the last couple of days is encouraging & I would personally probably give serious thought to accepting 170p for each of my SEE shares !
