I have held for years ,since Biocompatobles days, & this has been a great long term investment for me & 840p would give me a superb return .However.no one wants to sell any asset too cheaply & I am hoping that another bidder (or ideally more than one) will emerge early in 2019.Boston intend disposing of divisions surplus to requirement & ,IMHO,they are essentially asset stripping & will possibly be left with what they really want for almost nothing.I appreciate that it gives our Dame a great exit & enables her to semi retire a very wealthy lady who will then,no doubt,be inundated with interested Non Exec rules & improve the quality of her life substantially . I only hold around 25% of my highest holding but would prefer 900p + if that is what we are worth -so come on GSK etc-step up to the plate & pay the price for quality .

Well for the first time since the placing I bought a few more & completing buying more during the quid season.Intrestingly poised & could keep falling but also 1 RNS away from recovery -Toyota,aviation ,fleet news ,agreed takeover etc .Average under 4p offers interesting risk / reward scenario Good luck All

So those of us who are long termers should be buying more shares now we can buy 'cheaply' again -unless,of course,we could become cheaper first & that's the problem with being in a clear bear phase.It will be interesting to see how our first 6 months has been & what Ken & Jack make of our prospects for the remainder of FY 19

Global Markets are in Bear territory,AIM is very much out of favour,speculative technology shares are even more out if favour(diminishing bank balances,funding requirements,lack of cash flow,fear of competition etc)-so not hard to see why our SP is currently in the mire .If we believe that SEE has the potential to be a real winner in this area of new technology which we have essentially created ,then we still have potential to be a superb investment & this weeks announcement should give us great encouragement as s new prospective & major income stream may we’ll be opening up for us .Most if we believers didn’t sell at 14p & , of course, we wish we did as if we all bought back on Friday we would have more than 3 times our original holdings for no extra cost .I gave s very large holding (for me) & I am now considering (as I contemplate 2019 with some trepidation)whether I should increase my substantial holding substantially .I may or may not regret it,if I do it !!

I am sure that Vec will,one day, issue a truly positive RNS giving we long suffering shareholders encouragement .Perhaps 2019 will be our year ,although ,if we proceed with our litigation in the US ,we are less likely now to prevail & withdrawing maybe our best bet .

If Amati are still selling ,together with other IIs, they will now be selling at a loss as I believe they supported the last placing .Ken declared earlier this year that he did not much like interacting with Institutions which was defined as one of Jacks roles-particularly with him being based in the UK.As the first half draws to a close we need a comprehensive trading update in which we can also outline our plans & prospects for the remainder of the year.It may not make as pleasant reading as we would have hoped for but at least it would end the uncertainty & hopefully give cause for serious optimism regarding the future.Perhaps we are hoping for another deal or 2 to be able to be more positive in such a trading statement - but, either way ,we need a statement & for Jack to then do the rounds .Unless , of course, he has already done the rounds & & he is looking at another fundraise ,which would explain our SP weakness as the privileged few will all know about it.

Are a huge technology company advising & supplying a very large number of airlines.They clearly see the benefits of incorporating our technology into their products which could result in phenomenal potential for us & the opening up of a major new income stream resulting in SEE having more tangible strings to our bow thereby creating more value for shareholders.2019 could well transpire to be the pivotal year in our development & our lowly SP may even recover .

Currently around about zero,unless I missed the RNS announcing his inaugural purchase.Our SP has plummeted since his arrival & with view to his reputation,CV & wealth we should hope he would consider the prospect of buying shares at these levels much more compelling than when we were 10p+-particularly as it's also fair to assume that he realised that our previous Fleet strategy was flawed.So when will Jack reach into his deep pockets & buy a meangfull number of shares -or does he still not consider a share purchase to be worthwhile?

Why would Thales prefer SEYE to SEE-unless it is purely down to cost & not quality.
We would have all hoped that they would have chosen the best option with view to pilot & passenger safety - assuming we are the best options.

A large % of shorters will still have decent profits as they started selling when we were much higher.Perhaps they have started taking their profits & closing their positions & perhaps the "word on The Street " is that the founders will not be selling their remaining shares next week ( where else would they get a yield this high & they have vast amounts of capital).On the other hand,perhaps the founders are behind the recent uplift in our SP & they are just securing as high a final exit as they can.Who knows - but I remain long so will take the optimistic view !

Expected it to be marked up first thing but was able to buy a few more @ 11.1p.Tiny company which has a long history of disappointing , resulting in market disinterest .My view is that Mick is doing a great job , we are improving in all areas,recycling offers a new income stream & will contribute towards the FY19 results & with an increasing dividend my yield on cost is likely to exceed 5%(tucked away in my ISA).

A bit earlier than expected & very strong ,as expected with a very positive outlook statement for the outcome for the current year & beyond.Interim dividend of 0.25p suggests more than 0.5p for the year, assuming that the Final dividend will be increased ,once the FY19 Results are announced & assuming no disasters-resulting in a prospective yield , at our current SP, of over 5%.
I had been hoping to pick up a few more at these levels ahead of results but I expect our SP to respond positively to the Interims & buying at these levels will be unlikely .If our SP does not respond positively to the Interims I expect that PDMRs will be buying again - reducing the free float further

Arent greyhound owned by First Group-with whom we have some contracts?

If ,as has been suggested ,Boston are acquiring BTG as they want part of the company which only represents about 40% of value, I presume they will dispose of the parts which are surplus to requirement & hope to generate a profit on the disposals - essentially asset strip & keep the parts they want + profits on disposals.With the weaker £ it will cost them less in $ terms & there must be a fair chance of a counter bid to force the price up .Woodford & our Board may be happy with 840p but if we are worth 925p or more ,why would we not want it .Lets hope that slide rules 9 for our older readers) are being flexed as we speak

Perhaps our firm SP & recovery from its lows on Monday suggest that the Judge knows the verdict & is trading ahead of the news - or is that illegal-nowadays ?

Came over a as honest interview referring positively to Jacks influence over major decisions & the prospect, near term , of more Aviation deals.Pity she didnt ask about our current financial position & the possibility/likelihood of funds needing to be raised - although that question may have been off limits.

to see more buy backs yesterday at over 1400p- inferring that value is still seen by our Board at these levels.I appreciate that cynics will suggest that this is just part of the war of attrition against shorters & hoping them to close their shorts & take their profits.

Having spent the weekend studying it I cannot see how we can lose-the Yanks love an underdog ,& boy,are we an underdog !

I expect the SP to increase substantially after I have sold -which is why I will never sell until we are acquired for a substantial profit is I can be sure that Sebs will be OK in retirement
