Thnx Lindon -I thought the jury trial was this week & I appreciate that the Judge will now need to research & deliberate before delivering his opinion & ,I am sure, if it does not go the way if GSK , that they will appeal his decision -thereby wasting more time & money . Our announcing our collaboration with HIK to create competing generic products to their Ellipta range will no doubt deepen their resolve to put us in our place . Let’s hope we become the mouse that roared !

I dont understand how the outcome of cases such as ours, ie with a Jury, are determined & i appreciate that the general view is that the outcome wont be known for some weeks.
However,I would have thought that the presence of a Jury would result in the Judge directing the Jury in his summing up ( presumably today ,if it hasnt already happened) & the Jury then deliver their verdict - resulting in the outcome being known much sooner-ie possibly today ?

I am sure he did a decent job but perhaps Jack felt that someone with broader experience from within the technology industry would be more appropriate.Either way, recruiting for a senior position based in Canberra ( I presume ) will be a challenge .Presumably our major II shareholders together with our Brokers have all asked Ken & Jack what is going on etc & the response has clearly not inspired any buying so we still await tangible contract news & a comprehensive trading update detailing our current financial position.as I have said previously, if our technology really is the best available in the Market , we have put ourselves into a vulnerable position with respect to low ball bidders- which currently many here would be grateful for.

Lack of numbers or guidance on our current cash position & short term requirements in our recent AGM statement did not help instil confidence that we would not soon be returning to the market for more funding.It will be known if we are trying to raise funds & our SP is reacting accordingly.Had Jack been able to state that we had sufficient funding currently I presume he would have said so.If our technology & Fovio really are first in class predators would be circling & as we have a widely spread investor base ( including lots of PIs, many of whom have become very stale bulls ) we are vulnerable to a low ball bid -especially since the pursuit of self installing in global fleet has been abandoned.Right now , many investors would gladly exit at 10p & particularly IIs supporting the latest find raising who will have doubled their money in under 12months.If we survive as an independent company 2019 will be pivotal as all manufacturers ( including lorries,trucks & buses) will have had to have decided on their DMS requirements.
I remain cautiously optimistic while being disappointed at our lowly SP & the lack of clear communication from Jack & Ken

Better than expected & on track with expansion plans & presumably the strategic review,announced on 12/10/18, continues,with no outcome as yet.I appreciate that AIM has taken a hammering recently but ATYM are not a typical AIM stock & are no longer a speculative explorer with blue sky aspirations - & yet down 25% over the last month or so may enable a prospective acquiror to buy us even more cheaply - if that is one of the strategic options

I am sure that Canberra has a decent talent pool but it must be difficult to fill some highly technical roles unless SEE can tempt people from elsewhere to join them in Canberra

Announced today & fortunately BTG has been a better investment for me ,so far ,than VEC Today’s acquisition demonstrates the US appetite to use their strong $s to make acquisitions in the U.K. Perhaps we will survive long enough as an independent company to enable shares to achieve an acceptable exit some time in the Not too distant future ?

Thus ends my very long association following the acquisition by BTG of my Biocompatible shares,many many moons ago.We can always hope for a higher counter bid but my current ( original holding )represent 12 bags & I am not complaining,particularly as I had many more shares which I sold at higher prices so BTG has been a great investment over the years & good luck to all who have exited well.

Hold a large % of the issued share capital ( particularly when including the vendors of some of our acquisitions over recent years assuming most have held on to their shares ) + the founding family (Fersters)are still likely to be holding 6mill which together with Institutional holders -results in a very small free float & poor liquidity.
The Interims are clearly going to be positive & the outlook for the year will presumable also remain positive (particularly with our new recycling plant coming on stream in Jan 19 7 I would be surprised if the dividend is not increased when the Interims are announced (providing great motivation for PDMR s ) & our SP could re rate very rapidly.
Cru has been a very poor investment for long term holders but ,assuming no major problems ( which have arisen unexpectedly over the last 2/3 years ) , 2019 could be the turning point & with a stronger SP we may continue making the occasional bolt on acquisition.
I still expect JG to want an exit at some point & a disposal ( once our SP has recovered) must be a possibility in the next year or two.

Unexpected trading update today was brief but positive & trade is expected to be ahead of expectations ( despite the effects of Esma )
Presumably those short will be increasing their short positions today ?

Let’s hope that another large trade will be revealed later today -unless Fridays buy was Jacks first purchase ( unlikely due to his being inside ,presumably,all prospective deals )

If further funds were required by mid 2019, Jack would have to be sounding out prospective partners /investors long before then & those "in the know" would be aware that we are fundraising again & that would suppress our SP.
My hope is that if we do need to raise more funds, it will be less than last time as we approach break even ( & profitability) & we will acquire a significant new investor ( rather than a dilutive Institutional placing) who will take a significant stake ,say 15%£20mill .A significant industry investor (eg Apple , Intel etc etc )could transform our perceived prospects & SP.
Always looking on the bright side ......

I would love to see Director buying -particularly Jack who is very wealthy & hasnt bought one single share yet.I also appreciate that they are all insiders & if,as we hope ( & pray) we are in the midst of contract negotiations with various global auto manufacturers & airlines they will be unable to buy right now - their only opportunity being at the next fundraising-which may not be too far away as their was no mention of our financial position in yesterdays update.

Nothing new , no contracts announced & not a trading update or an update on our financial position- more of a summary of what we all know - so The Market is unlikely to be overwhelmed, I am afraid - & the wait goes on.
Fitting out Fleet globally was always going to be a problem & involve high costs & low ( if any ) margins so I am glad for that our approach has changed & presumably we will sell to distributors & installation will be their problem & , most importantly, sell Fovio to manufacturers of commercial vehicles.
Lets hope we will hear positive contract news over the coming days & weeks ( rather than months)

Another positive RNS confirming the continuation of our recovery .After the disappointments of recent years it will take more than a couple of positive announcements before our SP will recover strongly & there remains the uncertainty of further future disasters & scenarios outside our control.However,& while being a very small listed company, we are increasingly diverse & if our new waste plant adds a new , regular & positive income stream , perhaps our SP will start on the long road to recovery next year-particularly aided by what I expect to be strong Interims ( to 31/10)& a strong full year.I doubt whether any larger acquisitions will be considered with our SP at these levels & most of us will be glad for consolidation.Hopefully the dividend will also increase resulting, at least, in a decent yield.

Very positive + great to see our SP response following a long period in the "wilderness"

Let’s hope that This weeks trading update is compressive & positive -hopefully giving a strong indication of a very positive future & confirming the positives from our ‘about turn ‘regarding Fleet .A positive statement should see us regain upward momentum whereas the opposite will also be true .I would like to see Jack spend a small % of his substantial wealth in buying a decent number of shares in the Market Good luck All !!

More good news today -not transformational but positive .
