We all seem to agree that we are substantially undervalued & if there is a fair chance that we will be soon valued at £1 bill + ,we could buy shares today for under 5p which should be valued @ 40p+-which is what I did .Nuro maybe substantially over valued whereas the opposite hopefully applies to us

I doubt whether Ken flew half way round the world to be part of an interesting discussion group at the Excel Centre & I am sure he has more important business to attend to which , I am sure we all hope , will involve a short flight to VW HQ to sign a large & lucrative contract .Lets hope that some great news starts to flow this week !!

Interesting to short positions reducing from 12.5% to 10.2% late last week & I suspect that the trend will have continued today with some shorters rationalising their positions ahead of tomorrow results & outlook statement.
I am long but recognise that the results & outlook statement need to be very strong to avoid some profit taking & there remains scope for a pleasant surprise on the upside , eg the opening up of a new Market.Perhaps The Market will allow a continuation of our re rating bearing in mind that we remain cheap compared to our peers.

It would be interesting to know who else he will be meeting while on this side of the World ?

I too have taken the opportunity to increase my large holding further in recent weeks & will continue to do so at these levels.
In truth we have to be realistic & recover the substantial loss of credibility arising out of Mikes very brief tenure & the failure of our original Fleet strategy & projections made which proved to be hopelessly wide if the mark.
We now need to reestablish credibility ,which Jack has been no doubt working on which will arise from the signing of the often alluded to additional major contracts ,proof of increased revenue potential from existing (& future contracts),a long awaited Rail contract,more & substantial Aviation contracts,proof that our new Fleet strategy is bearing fruit,lifting of uncertainty regarding our current financial position .
I feel we are very close ,which is why I have been increasing my holding further,in the firm belief that in a few months time our SP will be substantially and sustainably much higher than it is now ,and our current SP will truly be viewed as the last chance to buy SEE cheaply.

2 trading days until strong results will be announced together with a decent dividend & hopefully a very positive outlook statement.There are probably around 17mill shares sold short ( including those under 0.50% ) which will cost ,currently,around £280mill to cover & many ( not all) will be in serious loss territory.That together with the return of increased volatility this week must surely tempt some ( if not all) to close.
I am long but like Volcano I first bought shortly after the IPO for around 130p ,sold enough to cover costs & the dividends & my remaining holding ( around 70% of my maximum holding) have cost me zero -so while I will not be happy of the highly skilled professional shorters are proven right - but I will still have no grounds for complaint.
The shorters have also provided fantastic profits to those lending their stock to the shorters -also professional investors.
I am intrigued to see how their positions unfold !

Interims are due next month & they will include a comprehensive trading update & outlook statement & it would be fantastic if they were able to then state that we are trading ahead of expectations in all or some aspects of our business.
Jack has bought no shares & I am not aware of any "free " shares awarded & he has no vested interest in witholding information-even if he was the sort of chap who would.he is also extremely wealthy & successful so why would he risk his reputation by playing games as Chairman of a company in which he has no holding at all.I appreciate that Ken has a reasonable holding & , that being the case, when he bows out,eventually, he will want maximum value for his shares.

We may not like isb s summary of the position right now -but it is a pretty realistic view.Hopefully Jack will have stressed the importance to Ken ( & senior team ) of under promising & consequently over delivering & I appreciate that revised Fleet targets could yet be difficult to achieve , although 1 or 2 big deals could rapidly erode the shortfall.
For our SP to recover decisively our underlying business will have to be seen to be performing well & a continuation of the expectation that our 2019 revenues will be similar to 2018 will not result in a rapid re rate.The carrot has been dangled of the contract discussions which should be decided on by June - so lets hope we win a fair amount of those contracts ( 3 or 4 , or more ) & that further positive news is released soon regarding Aviation 7 maybe even the long awaited Rail contract will actually materialise too.
We could do with positive newsflow ahead of results early next month & if the uncertainty regarding our possible needs for raising new funds is resolved & our outlook statement is positive our SP may well then be on the road to recovery.
The optimists amongst us have no doubt been increasing our holdings with view to our recent lowly SP but I entirely understand why many , including Institutions, want to see more evidence of our potential success before investing

Ocado s Andover facility has been destroyed by fire -which could be bad for us if the recently announced order for more totes is delayed as a result .On the other hand, a large number of totes may have been destroyed in the fire , requiring a substantial new order to be fulfilled - once Andover is back on stream.

If their JV proceeds more substantial distribution centres will be sourced & opened tovsupply M & S & Assuming our relationship with Ocado remains solid ,should result in major new tote orders -& if we can manufacture them using our own recycled plastic ,they will be very profitable .We have a substantial vested interest in this deal proceeding & we should know by the end of this month

Happy to trouser £6mil Urban-but notvyey counting the pennies .I agree that Ken has invested a few years & much globetrotting & will want max value when he bows out ,eventually

Fleet will grow exponentially if deals are signed to supply Fovio directly to manufacturers of Trucks,lorries,coaches etc & news of a first deal of that's type could be transformational as our installed base would immediately be multiples of 14.000

If you are right we should expect to see a substantial increase in volume & a strongly firming SP -in which case we would stand a reasonable chance achieving a decent price -& even more decent if we are being fought over by 2 or 3 of The Big Boys.My concern is a low ball bid without challenge @ a much lower price than we hope for

Are showing more enthusiasm for Plus than IGG or CMC ,which probably explains our strong SP this morning.
i wonder when the shorts will start closing , particularly with Results only a few days away & we already have been advised they will be very strong .I appreciate that shorters may well know something which no one else knows ?

Baxter 1 -I had my final top up with last years placing - or so I then thought as I have topped up several times recently @ under 5p.Hopefully we will not need to top up again !

Looks like a carve up to me & if Tosca see Tap as the best chance of their realizing a profit they are likely to have been involved in the discussions ( or initiated them )-possibly together with River & Mercantile , who own 7% of Tap 7 10% of RTHM.Likely to be a done deal unless a white knight emerges

Tosca will want maximum value & if they accept a deal which seems poor to everyone else it will due to the fact that they recognise the merger as their best route to profit & will retain a large holding in the merged group - unless they sell out.I am sure the attention of other interested parties will be focused on this proposed deal & if RTHM are as good as they say they are there will be other bidders prepared to pay more & optimists will hope RTHM will "do an Earthport" with rival bidders queuing up to buy us for a premium.

I wouldn't expect 'rank & file'employees on average salaries to buy shares, although it's always a good idea for them to be able to acquire shares via an employee share save scheme .However ,Board members & PDMRs ,who can see the Big Picture & believe in our technology & the potential for global market dominance. ,& who earn substantially more than average wages & in some cases (e.g. Jack)are extremely wealthy ,should be buying shares in The Market,when they are able to deal.Decent sized purchases would demonstrate their confidence in our future & would encourage other prospective investors.The amount invested by PDMRs has been pitifully low in recent years & ridulous share awards to senior employees who are no longer with SEE may have helped suppress our SP .

Interesting that up to 500k shares can be bought online for just under the bid & up to 300k can be sold at just over the offer - suggesting that,currently, there is a reasonable market in SEE shares-not that we are seeing many shares traded in those sizes

Great that we are all optimistic & even Alex the pragmatist has disappeared ( although he may soon reappear with a 20 Mill holding somehow bought for 3p).I am sure we would all feel happier on the announcement of another couple of decent contract announcements & with our SP North of 10p again .The long climb up towards our ultimate target can then begin in ernest .
