I believe that the company is being prepared for life without Ken & he knows his limitations & will probably be happy to eliminate his globetrotting.Therein lies the problem as we have to find a replacement to be CEO of a small global company involving massive amounts of travel while also being HQd in Canberra -not everyone's cup of tea.Perhaps Ryan is being prepared/tested for greatness as finding an external candidate could be tricky -as we discovered with Mike .Alternatively Ken & Jack maybe planning an earlier sale than we perhaps hope for in order to give Ken a clean exit -although we all hope that a disposal will only happen once our true value (whatever that maybe ) is established

Lewbo- it is impossible to know whether sells are big sellers or by big buyers ( unless they are a big sell or a big buy).
When companies buy back their own shares via brokers, eg Plus 500, the associated RNS s give a breakdown of the transaction & there are often many small numbers being bought over the course of the day which could easily be mistaken for PIs buying/selling small amounts.

Jack cannot buy until after Results,unless he will still then be unable to buy due to his being aware of price sensitive info,eg massive deals pending.Notwithstanding that he is a very wealthy chap who can well afford a "modest " investment in the company he Chairs ( & who I would hope he has faith in ) .He will also be aware that a reasonable investment by him could give comfort to all investors resulting in an improving SP & strengthening thereby of our currency ( ie shares).

I hadnt heard of Toll until shortly after 7am today & my initial thoughts were its a collaborative ( no money "deal") with a small Aussie company.However ,Toll are part of Japan Post & are a global logistics company with 40,000 employees & who have a very large fleet of vehicles ( apart from helicopters).I would hope we are trying to sell them Guardian too, & , if successful, that would result in a major expansion of installed Fleet units ( & monitoring income)
I appreciate I am being optimistic but with view to my commitment here I have to remain optimistic & I hope that todays RNS proves to be the first of 1 or 2 others (hopefully revenue generating) ahead of results & confirmation of our current financial position & requirements.

Deals of that type so occur but Ken would say that Toyota would then be in a position to exert influence & try to dictate with whom we may deal etc

After The Fleet Debacle I am sure that Jack has drummed into Ken the need to under promise & over deliver ( as TTGroup (TTG)have done with their Finals announced today) - so I am hoping that we will be able to over deliver on our revised expectations from last Autumn.
Jack recently bought more shares in TTG & his holding there is now worth about £150k & he buying a decent number of shares with his own money would be viewed by The Market as a positive & the fact that he hasnt,so far, is a negative to me-although that didnt stop me buying more late last week for around 4.7p

I would prefer a couple of very positive RNS s re contracts followed by Interims which include a positive outlook statement & accompanied by details of a relatively modest placing .
Results could be any day & lets hope that we have not slipped on any other Fleet type banana skins.
A agree that our SP is likely to remain within a tight range ahead of Results & I will buy again if we slip towards 4.5p again before results.If we slip below that following results i will have made an error of judgement - not for the first time .

As it’s Friday afternoon & towards the end of (yet another) long & trying week so I put even more money where my big mouth is & bought some more in the hope that we will (very) soon get some bang for our bucks (it has been a while ).

Interesting - just tried dummy online sale of over 1.5mil which Market happy to take at 4.52p but could only buy about 600k -maybe someone wants our shares after all -just for a lower price.
Well they are not having mine & now tempted to buy more befor the close!!

Our SP performance infers a placing below 5p but I am sure that Jack & Ken are aware of the uncertainty resulting from lack of news regarding our financial position & lack of further substantive contract news

That optimism was before The Fleet Debacle (TFD) & until our new strategy with Fleet is vindicated & Fleet is seen to retain the prospect for substantial growth ,resulting also in substantial growth in our revenue & profits from our Tucson monitoring centre .At least we know that Results are due within 4 weeks or so & which will hopefully set out very pragmatically how the first 6 months sent &,more importantly how the current 6 months are expected to be & particularly importantly ,what our current financial position is & confirmation as to whether or not we need more funding now.

Our weakening SP & low volumes could be inferring a placing at under 5p & lets hope its not signalling bad news.Following the Fleet disaster last year we very long long termers can be forgiven for being a tad insecure here

Avalon will offer a great opportunity for our team there to demonstrate our unique product & would present a great opportunity to sign another Aviation contract & benefit from the consequent publicity -if there is another contract to be signed.

I have generally held the view that the day to day SP movements are not relevant to to the underlying performance of the company & have increased my holding by approaching 20% in recent weeks at under 5p.After our RNS last week I did not think that would be possible again & although the opportunity to buy under 5p has been presented again I am holding fire, for now,pending clarification of our position when the Results are published.I doubt whether I am not the only one holding fire, for now 7 lets hope that the News,when published, is positive on all fronts.

I think Jack has been more influential than his public statements may suggest , ie in terms of the of the Fleet change in strategy,beefing up the Board & Finance ( yet to be seen ) & , at risk of boring myself,I want to see him buy a decent sized tranche of our shares with a relatively small amount of his substantial personal wealth.Whether our SP is being held down for a reason ( a fundraiser which is not a well kept secret)or simply our Board have not yet rebuilt trust with The City , but , either way , we need the uncertainty to be ended & as results are now imminent I am hoping for a full & frank disclosure of our position in the next few weeks & hopefully sooner rather than later.If we are close to signing a major contract ( VW &/or Toyota would be a good start). I understand that our Board will want to hold off to ensure as much good news as possible is out there -(especially if a fundraise has/is being touted around prospective investors) but either way we need an end uncertainty.

If we want our accounts to reflect deferred income incorrectly & inflate revenue & profits accordingly you need to appoint an Auditor with a track record of overlooking the bit where you actually perform an Audit & presumably just charge a fee for work not done -eg Grant Thornton

Agree entirely & my view would be different if we were rising into substantially increased volumes (say 15-20 Mill) & I think we are off the radar of most IIs currently -until there are (even) more deals,signs of increasing revenue & cash flow ,a hint at profitability & an end to uncertainty over our funding requirements .The damage last year will take time to heal

My view is that Jack prefers not to issue shares ,if there is a viable alternative ,& Ken prefers not to be beholden or tied in to a strategic investor -problem being we must be running low on our last fundraiser & our Board must ensure sufficient funding for ,say 12 months +.We have been told on more than one occasion that our revenues for FY19 will be similar to FY18 & I am hopeful that we will exceed that ( Jack knowing it’s best to over deliver ).Hopefully there will be some BDMS revenue ,but it is unlikely to be substantial yet -unless a major deal is signed soon with an upfront payment .After the major disappointment of The Fleet mess last year -this has to be our truly transformational year & our suppressed/depressed SP has provided me/us with another opportunity to increase our holdings ahead of the hoped for /expected transformation.We must be in pole position to benefit majorly from the global DMS revolution which didn’t exist 5+ years ago
