I agree Leon & I too have increased ,although not by 50% as I already had a large holding ( by my standards) & my average cost is sound 4p .There is a fair chance we will reach 6/7p again in the short term ,depending on newsflow,& I will have to then decide whether or not to take some profits to reduce my average .

It will be interesting to see next week who has declarable stakes in us ,although I doubt whether SoftBank ,Waymo or Intel will appear on our Register I hope for some solid long term supporters

due by 30th April & will hopefully include a strong outlook statement with view to deals signed over recent months

I know -but thought the deadline with my broker was 4.30 & it was lunchtime.I bought some earlier this week for just under 3p so there is little in it -the crucial point being we need See to now outperform expectations rather than underperform.

My 2 buys earlier are showing as sells on Nex - for what that is worth .
Looking forward to a resumption of positive newsflow following completion of the placing & perhaps our SP will soon start to resurrect following the Easter break ?

today ,with growth resuming ,further growth expected from new divisions & dividend projected to grow to 57p next year,up from 52p.Fairly high PE ratio but premium due to consistently increasing dividend , delivering on expectation & giving clear future visibility as to the direction of the business.

The additional subscription offer closes so let s hope for a last minute rush for new shares.I am still hoping that 3p will seem cheap (again) in a few weeks time (or less) following positive newsflow .I bought a few more yesterday & will buy more if I can buy @ around 3p,lowering my average to around 4p.There must be scope for a transformational RNS amongst the announcements which,so far,not moved The Market

I have always been a glass half full dirt of person too but accept that our dismal SP performance has made that a challenge recently & I appreciate that always looking st the potential for positive outcomes can be very unforgiving from an investment perspective .The next few days will be very interesting as we will know who some of the holders of our new shares will be ,possibly who had been selling in volume ahead of the placing & possibly who had been buying in the market ,as I doubt whether Market Makers are absorbing all (or any) if the sells .I am not sure who may know what is going on & perhaps all will be revealed over the coming days .
Always hoping for more positive news from SEE & perhaps the improved newsflow will continue

We must have all invested here understanding the extremely high risk associted with investing in a technology stock involved in ctresting new technologies & markets to accommodate it.An investmentbherechardly falls intonthecWidows & Orphans sector of the market & we were never going to get a steady 4% yield & a SP which never moves.
We are now morecdevrisked than ever & @ the execution stage of the cycle & we remain dependent on Ken & senior management to deliver.Our potential has been dampened severely by this heavily discounted placing but there remains prospective newsflow which could still,result in this being a very positive investments & ,sadly,the dreams of spectacular gains have to be placed firmly on the back burner.Our individual potential for profit obviously depends on our entry point and I remain optimistic and only the future will determine whether that us foolishly so ,but I am not selling now and have added a few today.

I think our SP behaviour since the placing was announced has been fairly predictable & unless a big Toyota & or VW deal is announced by Wed morning thevsubscription is likely to be undersubscribed-unless an unexpected wild card emerges,whereby a previously unannounced strategic investor is tempted to take a minority holding @ 3p @ the last minute -more wishful thinking,I know.
We know there is much news to come & that some of it is expected imminently from Auto & we also know that more deals are expected from Aviation & Fleet.My balls (or wallet)are not as big as those of VSI & I have consequently been substantially diluted,but remain confident that a positive return will be available to me at some future point && I just hope I will be pragmatic enough to take some of it ......next time

Great to hear & we may have thought to be worthy of s stand alone RNS ,or part of a more detailed update .If the truck insurance costs reduce asa consequence of having Guardian installed the net cost per truck will be negligible & accidents reduced substantially ,however many hours the drivers work.
With our HQ being in Canberra we would hope that the total Fleet market in NZ & Aus would adopt Guardian @ a much quicker rate than other countries & a defined % ,say 20% ,of that market would give us over 100k connections ,resulting in SAAS revenues of A$5mill per month -which would add substantial value & be a great marketing tool to the rest of the world & global truck manufacturers

Saw Adriens interview -impressive guy with a passion for AI etc .With a large budget & 300+ colleagues in his division ,they must be working on their own solutions & if we have anything of interest they must have analysed our technology intensively & considered the strength & provenance of our IP.I appreciate that some of our in depth researchers continue to believe that we will win Toyota & I hope that they are right -although I doubt whether Kevin Tenaka wearing a Toyota T Shirt will swing it alone .If they consider our technology to be ahead if there’s would they take a decent minority stake ,or continue to play catch up ,with the immense resources available to them

With view to the very long straight boring roads in North America I would have thought that DMS would be even more valuable there ,together with Fleet ,although I appreciate we have cut back on our US Fleet programme due the difficulty in making it profitable .It would be hugely profitable if Fovio could be installed at the point of manufacture & all trucks etc were automatically signed up to our monitoring service.
Lyft & Uber May never be profitable yet Uber could be valued at over $100 Bill on IPO.It would help if they & Lyft opted for Fovio for all of their drivers (+ monitoring )
Decidedly optimistic today ahead of what should prove to be a great period for positive newsflow & our break even being brought forward again

Now who is the Numpty ?I hadn’t realised that my deadline for applying for new 3p shares was midday today ,whereas I thought it was the end of play -so the decision was made for me .As I hold squillions of shares I hope that stupendous news is released tomorrow morning ,propelling our dismal SP back to the heady heights of 5p+.If not I may still add what I was contemplating taking in the placing

Only prob with buying in the market is that you are not provided much needed new capital for SEE-which I accept will only be an issue if the offer is not fully subscribed .There is little chance currently of it being oversubscribed unless there is either exceptional news released before the real closing date or investors in a position to buy large (eg AIM VCT funds) decide to invest directly via SEE @ the last moment .I will decide in the next 3.5 hours

Existing holders can,of course,apply for new shares @ 3p tomutilise their £29ks -the suggestion being therefore that the 4 purchases this morning maybe new holders without rights to the placing .

We would have recovered more strongly had Directors/PDMRs bought in volume after we plummeted & their lack of buying (so far) is a disappointment

Trak are a small company whose SP has bombed & they have had various operational setbacks in recent years.
They exhibited close to See at the Truck Show last year & one of their senior sales guys had never heard of See

We were all very disappointed to discover a fundraise @ 3p & I was particularly disappointed at the lack of support by Direcectors & PDMRs (with the exception of Nick).
I have spent the last week or so reflecting on our position & while not reading too much into Ken & Paul’s scripted (&paid for ) interview I considered yesterdays news to be potentially transformational from a Fleet perspective & if our Aussie deal can be used as a blueprint with other insurers around the Globe our Fleet installations could ramp up exponentially -particularly if the launch of G3 is soon announced ,together with news of our first contract with a truck manufacturer to install Guardian @ point if manufacturer.Ken was projecting an increase in our installed base to 27k by June 2020-but it could be so much higher than that .What value then for our SAAS business & extremely substantial databank ?
We should here soon about additional major wins in Auto ,Aviation is expected to expand shortly ,BDMS is ,as yet, an unknown factor ,but could be substantial & off road & Rail is quietly doing better than expected .
Following the placing if our SP holds @ 3p our market cap will be around £100 Mill & we will be funded for a year or more & we may then be able to borrow against increasing SAAS revenue .If positive progress is made in all divisions ,& why wouldn’t it,we will be worth much more than £100mill-however many shares are in issue & our SP will respond accordingly .
I still won’t decide until Thursday about supporting the placing but my inclination on this beautiful sunny Saturday morning is to make a final throw if my dice & apply for a large number @ 3p & ,as ever,I will have to live or die (financially,hopefully ) by my decision & my average will then be below 4p.
There remains scope for more news to be released before Thursday & I am sure Ken is putting Nick ,Paul & anyone else very close to major deals to do everything in their power to sign them off by Thursday morning .
