Management credibility29 May 2019 09:32
On 16/1 Ken advised that we were "currrently engaged in 6 RFQs " which he expected to increase by 3 or 4 in FY19 & he said that the majority (of the 6 ) were expected in FY19.We have had 2 ,which leaves 4 ,& if 2 or 3 more are confirmed by 30/6,his credibility will be intact ,as no one will begrudge slippage of 1 or 2.
In the same RNS Ken also referred to deals expected with BDMS & an expansion of our Aviation program.
Following TFD it is not unreasonable to expect Ken to be very conservative in terms of managing the expectations of investors & his reputation ( & our share price) would be likely to suffer if it transpires that he has again over promised & under delivered.
Just under 5 weeks until 30/6 & if Ken is to deliver on his expectations ,our RNS momentum needs to ramp up substantially -which could happen but ,as ever, we must be pragmatic.
