Great points Johnchucka-so what is the strength & therefore value of our IP?Would Toyota & anyone else trying to develope their own DMS have to acquire a licence from us for any part of our IT,& a royalty per unit -or would it be cheaper for them to acquire our little company ?
The inflexion point in our development must be fast approaching .

$2.5 mill received + a further $5mill on European approval,which is expected by the end of 2019,with royalties thereafter,if approved.
Our cash pile grows,together with our prospective future revenues ,which should increase further due to the weak £ ,yet our SP continues to languish.
If the HBM overhang is the reason for our stagnant SP I really dont understand why James does not make hem an offer for their remaining holding,which we could comfortably afford out of current resources ,without the substantial amounts due from GSK.

I can sell online a large number for above bid ( 3.26p) currently but cant buy more than 600k-presuming some demand at these levels.Some weak holders may be banking short term gains but volume not ( yet) high enough to infer anything sinister.SEE is & always has been a highly speculative investment & we are more de - risked right now than ever before, but we do need to win a couple of the RFQs ( or more) before 30/6 ,or else we will not delivered on expectation ( again ) which The Market would take a dim view of & we certainly dont need a cautious trading statement ahead of our year end referring to slippage in timescales etc .5 weeks is a long time & plenty of scope for 2 or 3 positive RNSs by 30/6.

I agree that discussions on forums do not move share prices.There are some posters here who very tenaciously spend large amounts of time researching the market,the competition,our products & they do a great job & provide those of us who are interested with information which we would not otherwise know.
I doubt whether any of us are "happy " with our SP or the lack of recent contract news or TFD last year but we either remain invested in the belief (& hope) that we will win our fair share of major Auto contracts ( apart from the continued recovery of Fleet,expected Aviation deals & continued growth of Off Road & Rail) & that our investments ( in some cases substantial) will be vindicated.we all have a choice & could sell right now - or we wait a while longer,assess the outcome of the outstanding RFQs,consider what we win & the repercussions for our company & not drive ourselves crazy about the day to day SP movements.We are funded for about 18 months , & maybe longer , depending on contract wins so we need to be even more patient .
I dont care whether ET is A8, or whether he has an agenda,but he is entitled to a view ,with his 150k shares,but I cannot see the point or benefit of constant repetition of the same old mantra , which we all get .

Terrific results,particularly with view to the average cu price being 7% lower than the previous quarter.Pity about the uncertainty caused by the Environmentalists challenge,which is clearly a drag on our SP.Hopefully we will progress towards developing Touro later this year.
i have held these shares for fat too long & waiting to be relieved of my misery by a decent takeover price ,at some future point, but unlikely to happen until uncertainties are removed - unless a would be buyer considers that they can buy more cheaply now than in a year or two.

30/6 rapidly approaching & several RFQs still outstanding & contracts are presumably still expected to be awarded by then.I would be happy with 4p+ again for now,before dreaming of 35p.

Trading update today refers to improved trading in May which bodes well for our second quarter in terms of increases in our revenue & profitability over a dismal Q1

Another day another deal ,including a "modest" 5 figure initial order,which is encouraging as it confirms growing revenues & as our half year ends on 31/5 I would expect there to be a concerted effort to close as many deals as possible by then & raise as many sales invoices as possible.
Our currently weaker GPB should be helping our sales effort.

A lovely thought ,Urban, but had Jack wanted 10mill shares I would have expected him to have taken placing shares @ 3p.I was underwhelmed by the take up by Directors/PDMRs ( with the exception of one) & hope we soon receive an RNS which supports our recent minor recovery

Unloaded another 6mill + shares last week,despite our court victory V GSK & they clearly want out.Pity that their selling is acting as a drag on our SP which is likely to remain until the overhang is removed.It would be interesting to know if anyone is quietly accumulating our shares ( although our SP suggests not ) & I do not understand why our Board ,or Brokers, havent approached HBM with view to our buying back their remaining holding for cancellation,which we could easily achieve out of our current cash resources- & that is without recourse to our expected cash inflows from GSK.

A welcome update ,clarifying the current position & new orders very encouraging,particularly roof tiles if they could become a regular repeat & easy to produce order.I agree that the new tote order is also encouraging,as long as we have hedged against the Euro-unless the buyer has to pay in GBP.
Perhaps Directors will now buy a few more shares ahead of results if our trading position has stabilised.

Hopefully GSK won't appeal against the US verdict & our respective lawyers can thrash out a mutually acceptable settlement covering both the US & the U.K. Litigation .Alternatively perhaps GSK are contemplating buying us ,although I appreciate that would present problems with view to our generic deals with HIK to compete directly with GSK.

I would have expected G3 by now so hopefully imminent & embedding Fovio @ point of manufacture would be a transformational game changer for Fleet -particularly if monitoring services were offered to all buyers as a relatively low cost add on .

A positive AGM trading update referring to first half revenue exceeding revenue for the previous year & gathering further momentum into the second half in top of another 1 or 2 decent deals before then could convince The Market that we are set for rapid growth in the commercialisation stage of our development & ultimately a likely takeover target for any number of global companies who will want what we have .Having increased my holding substantially earlier last week I hope we remain independent for long enough to realise our true value ,whatever that may be .
Impressively OPTI is managed with extremely low overheads & healthy margins (which will improve as revenues increase) with profits rapidly falling to the bottom line

Our SP firming up this week is very encouraging .The long awaited Fleet update was reassuring but only reiterated previous guidance & didn’t even hint at at a possible uplift from 27k installed units by 30/6/20.If anything ,Fleet numbers were obscured by being polled with off road & rail.More shred were placed with IIs than have been accounted for & there has been steady buying since the placing was complete & I remain curious as to who may hold just under a disclosable stake .We have had less news than expected so far this year & 30/6 is not far away so perhaps there are people close to the truth who are quietly accumulating ,ahead of expected news ,hopefully confirming major deals with VW ,Toyota & others.Lets hope our modest gain this week hold next week & we continue moving forward ,preferably supported by positive news

The Fleet update was encouraging but I am not sure why we had to wait several weeks for it ,after it had been promised as there was nothing new disclosed & nothing to support Kens statement that they are waiting for certain things to drop into place before issuing the announcement- which I took to infer a Fleet deal or two worthy of separate disclosure.& a steady recovery will be best ,supported by strong newsflow.

It will be interesting to see if OPTI issue an AGM trading update this year,as we are now in the "commercial " phase & our first half ends on 31/5 & hopefully revenues will have been growing strongly

Interesting to see our SP rising strong earlier today only to fall back towards the close,presumably when it became apparent that disclosed shorts have increased to 3.9% & so the Institutional doubters ( who cleaned up earlier this year ) are not buying into any possibility of recovery caused by the crypto upturn & Market volatility.They were right last time,but from selling at much higher prices, although we must respect that they may be right again.

Presumably not unreasonable to project 40k + installed units by 30/6/21 which will hopefully prove conservative if momentum continues to build so our FY21 Fleet projected revenue must be higher than FY20 & should exceed $25mill

Agreed that it is impossible to project revenues but with increased Market volatility & the resurgence in Crypto Trading we must have been generating much more revenue & profit since our last miserable update on 12/4 than expected & of conditions remain favourable our Q2 profits will substantially exceed that of Q1.
