I too bought more shares today & I hope your theory is right-although my review remains that our SP has been walked down to around the placing price over the last 2 days & insiders have been trading on news that they are aware of .
I wouldnt be surprised to see another late reported sell to match all the buying & lets hope the uncertainty is over tomorrow morning ,with view to avoiding a false market

Fair now to assume that a placing has been discussed with existing IIs & others,apart from our brokers,lawyers etc & the increased volume over the last couple of days suggests that those in the Know ( or connected to them ) are selling ahead of a known outcome while we PIs are buying more at lower levels to help fund their selling .Insider dealing should be illegal & those caught should be punished accordingly - particularly when they are likely to be in a position of trust in whatever "professional 2 capacity they operate in.
Lets get it over & done with so we can all move onwards & upwards & ever the optimist,buying more today,despite our friend Baxters pessimism.

Whether we like it or not it looks like a large sell order is being filled.I emailed Sophie regarding the date of Results but no response,as yet & she is probably still sleeping !

I reckon mid next week & they should now announce the date in order to eliminate speculation in that respect .Ken knows the date as there will be the usual analyst meetings etc .Pity we are not being invited to a SEE briefing this year

We were advised to expect Results in March & I doubt whether our esteemed Board would want slippage in that respect-especially as the results are all about what has happened since 1/1/19 & what is likely to happen before 30/6/19.Perhaps Ken is hoping for a big contract before announcing Results & our SP behaviour over recent weeks does suggest a placing ,which many in The City will know about & some maybe selling ahead of acquiring cheaper placing shares.I appreciate that we would all prefer there to be no placing right now & for finance to be raised in an undilutive way but that now seems unlikely & my view is that a placing would be at somewhere between 4.5p -5.00p - unless a substantial deal is imminent .which the Market is unaware of.
I presume Ken will be heading to London next week & all will then be revealed & lets hope the news is positive on all fronts with no new disasters/debacles .

You forgot 6)A substantial & long awaited Rail contract resulting in immediate cash flow .

On that basis Intel paid $15bill for nowt as they weren’t profitable .Net Present Value If future cashflows is a useful valuation model & that is the $64bill question -ie what might our future cash flows be & when will they an optimal level .If we are perceived to be able to achieve future annual revenue of $1bill our value will be multiples of what it is now .
The next few months should give us a stronger view on future Auto revenues,Fleet will continue improving ,Aviation will hopefully provide some material contracts & even Rail could surprise in the upside .I share the uncertainty which many of us feel here but our sp slipping below 5p ahead of results will see me adding to my decent sized holding -although not quite 1%

To state the bleeding obvious ,our SP = market value divided by issued shares.Our value currently is just north of £100 mill & if we believe the optimists here (& particularly those who have done massive amounts of research ),we will soon sign more revenue generating deals & we will be considered to be the market leaders in high quality DMS,with several divisions ,all capable of generating substantial revenues ,cash flow & profitability .If the optimistic view prevails our market cap will increase substantially & ,depending on the number,if any,of new shares issued,our SP will increase accordingly .Lets have our funding position clarified & resolved ,sign more deals & see how we perform over the next few months.As I said earlier,10p would provide great relief & decent profits for most of us here &,if we achieve that,let's see where we can then progress to.We know results are due imminently & let's pray that there are no banana skins & a genuinely positive outlook is announced.As I have also said previously I hope Jack & other PDMRs buy meaningful amounts of shares following the Results .

I would be very happy to see 10p some time soon as I will have more than doubled my dosh & will see a decent ( on paper ) return.100p is fanciful , to say the least ,& we need to achieve several significant hurdles before being in that ballpark - & we would need all 4 divisions to be firing on all cylinders ,which is possible, but some time in the future.
Sebs celebratory party should be lots of fun & he will soon (hopefully) have to start considering venues.

Our portfolio has not yet reached the size or scale which AS anticipated & I suspect that is based on the lack of suitable opportunities at the right price .We do have 3 very exciting portfolio companies but for our SP to increase substantially we need the value of our portfolio companies to be definably higher - eg Device Authority needs to raise the next required round of funding from external investors thereby establishing value .I would rather have 40% of a company valued at £250mill than 56% of a company which The Market cant value.Perhaps at some point Device will consider an IPO,but hopefu;l;ly not until a clear incline in revenues can be seen

We are bound to be getting twitchy & the competition is bound to increase in our space,with view to the vast opportunities.We need deal news ,results & an optimistic outlook statement confirming that out revised Fleet strategy is showing signs of bearing fruit .Should our SP slip below 5p again (which seemed unlikely a week ago) I will be buying more shares ........again

Dummy sell online allowed me to sell 2.2m @5.22p.My holdings are spread around several accounts so couldnt try to sell more -but clearly there is demand for our shares right now if the Market will take that many online & at that price

The Interims themselves are a red herring as the figures were known by the end of the first week of Jan.We are more interested in how each division is performing & the outlook for the rest of the year & I suspect that KK & JB are hoping to be able to announce more positive news ahead of the Interims & lets hope that his current globetrotting adventures result in some material contracts being signed.I am sure that most of us here believe we are on the cusp of a substantial re rating & many of us have been here for several years.For new investors discovering SEE for the first time this could prove to be a great time to build a position as the long awaited recovery & re rating may not be far away.

Perhaps one of their highly paid young analysts has a few shares here , follows the debate & has concluded that 40 mph maybe ok in urban areas but most MWays,Freeways & Autobahns etc have speed limits in excess of that & most of who may occasionally feel dozy while driving tend to do so on long tedious journeys ( rather than shorter urban journeys) & therefore a DMS which doesnt work over 40mph is at best a novelty feature & at worse useless.
MW building a position here would do wonders for our SP.

Hyms-if you are right regarding occupant monitoring revenue,cash flow *& profits from our(already profitable) Tucson facility would grow substantially & our 24/7 monitoring service would become very substantial.

Of our new recycling kit tomorrow with a fanfare of publicity.I cannot imagine that revenues generated between now & 30th April will be material to our overall numbers but perhaps Mick will take the opportunity to advise the Market as that we are ,at least ,on track to meet expectations for the current year & , we never know our luck, perhaps we are on track to exceed expectations -although our miserable SP suggests that is unlikely to be the case.

ET-if you do have an equal investment in both you will have made a very decent profit from your SEYE holding & may well be underwater here.With view o newsflow expected here together with our superior product offerings,overall, I would have thought that this would be a great time to cash in your SEYE chips & go all in on SEE.SEYE may not 3 bag again over the next 12 months but SEE may as we are still much closer to our recent lows than highs

We need more positive news to support the small rise & encourage a re-rating & we know Results are due soon so let’s hope they are full of real positives -rather than just positive rhetoric
