JORC CGNR18 Sep 2024 17:24
Yes they have a Jorc but should be stated a JORC Resource no proven reserve, not proven economical and they have no physical Gold to speak of. Demir have walked and not because as you say was too big for them, dream on...
You say Prof implies is massive project and Demir far from gold experts, here is what prof said when Demir came to the table in addition to comments previously that I posted.
Demir is a long established mining company with interest in iron, coal, gold and base metals
has strong in house technical team with mining exploration expertise
60 years of mine operating experience
Demir Export belongs to KOC family who also own the largest Industrial conglomerate in Turkey a Fortune Flobal 500 company and Turkeys leading investment holding company.
Sorry just does not wash that they walked because was too big for them or that they do not really know what doing when comes to Gold, they have resource expertise and even if were in doubt could have certainly hired someone with the expertise, no they walked because have better options to spend time resource on and CGNR assets did not come up to expectations of what they thought it could be... Also worth noting they walked from the projects had no interest in taking stake in CGNR.
CGNR have £4 million liabilities.
No cash
A resource that has not been proven economical will need substantial further investment way beyond what Lahtojoki would need and also take much longer if ever to get into production.
Sorry fella but you aint sold it for me. I have no investment in CGNR and neither would I want for above reasons. So why would I want merger with them.?
