Your £4m in liabilities and current cash position prof will be forced to discount raise relative to last fundraise price, probably sometime in November. Does not leave much time for a JV that to avoid my prediction would have to put cash in at project level and direct into CGNR to pay their w/c... I think we will find out before end of November... Wish you luck as long term investor as no skin off my nose either way.. We can agree on one thing though seems neither of us want merger of kdr and cgnr

I would say if lucky lucky could hold off to late November around time of release of final results as they are running on fumes and would do well to get a raise away at current price let alone last raise price of 13p so am sure will be dilutive.

To my mind a dilutive fundraise is on the way, at below last fundraise price seems verry, verry, likely . Just a question of how low and when.

We are the ones who have called it correct and in profit with companies that actually have physical gold, you are the one who is sat in a nice big fat loss and despite what you say looks highly likely CGNR will go cap in hand for more funds at a discount to last time they did same.

Gold price is more relevant if you have current holding of physical gold are in production or a proven reserve and close to production. I would look to those areas...

Everyone knows Gold is cyclical and that CGNR only have a low grade resource years and years away from production if ever.

If as good as the shareholders make out here and was too big for Demir.... As if BWAHAHAHA, then we should expect a major to walk through the door and next raise to be above 13p and massive buying volume...

Grade and how the in situ gold is dispersed is why the share price is where it is on its knees. The reason Demir walked early seems obvious to me the above, they hoped there US$5M of drilling would change the above but then walked as did not see financially worthwhile to throw good money after bad. So now they have left to someone else to chance their arm and if they have more luck hope one day to get a return via net smelter royalty.

Am sure those who you are calling clueless, idiots and wan*ers will be proved right when the next fundraise lands and dilutes those who took part in last fundraise at double the current price....

Thanks for that InvestAce I am in no doubt there will are further updates that will show further progress with WHR update and having won a contract whilst even in development stage it does not take rocket scientist to figure out there will be further contracts when in commercialization stage.

The last raise was at 13.5p and those shareholders can expect to get diluted at a lower price when CGNR go cap in hand.
