Great sadness at the passing of Richard a time to reflect. A true gent, spirited and entrepreneur. I personally always enjoyed listening to him speak. Not sure who posted the link to share breakfast or whatever it is called. I do not listen to their podcasts but did listen to that one as was a chance to listen to Richard again. Am glad I did as always good to hear him speak and also drew inspiration, from this part. A story of him on a Safari and the ranger saying "look over there what do you" and Richard replied, "A tree." The ranger then asked again " Look again what do you see." Richard again replied "A tree"But then he saw movement of the wildlife he had gone to see... He used this as an illustration on the importance of really knowing your investment's, then asking self is there more than I am seeing. So please if you are reading could you post link here again as owas one of his last interview's and intend to listen again.

Richard had an excellent track record of mine exploration and development and a real passion that was evident any time you see or listen to him speak. The month of October also saw his vision for potential for a significant European Diamond mine being realised with land court giving legal force for Lahtojoki... I would like to think Richard got that very good news before his passing. A life well lived and that can be celebrated, well done Richard.

With what Richard said I have re read the last two RNS from the company and the message is very clear, there is no appeal, we now wait for officially receiving the permit, hence we will crack on with bringing Richards vision to fruition. It seems on an interim basis Seamus Fitzpatrick and Maureen Richards right hand lady are dealing with day to day running of company and reflecting on how thorough Richard was I am going to say I think we are in safe hands. Also do not think this is time for any other changes and hope everyone remains in place and moves Karelian forwards... From what am reading here seems Seamus is very capable and has good track record. Just a thought this but I do wonder if there is a possibility of a new recruit a Finnish National say Fredrik Bjornberg or someone connected with him. His family were responsible for the initial discovery of Lahtojoki many years ago and he is shrewd experienced Geologist with Finnish and Canadian qualification and a local lad stone throws from Lahtojoki, not literally but in close proximity.. Must know a thing or two and after Rio stepping to side would not have invested at 4p if thought was a dud, neither would have Rio sniffed... Lahtojoki also have pinks and after Argyle mine closing the diamond market is suffering a serious supply demand deficet. As Argyle mine supplied 90% of Global pink diamonds. My own personal opinion is that this supply will never be fully replaced so unless pink diamond demand falls of a cliff the price of pink diamonds are likely to remain 20x and some of the whites.. continued

Question 1: Was a bit unfair, as currently I feel you will find no other companies share on London Market or indeed elsewhere in the oil and gas space trading at a discount to cash, with a Reserve the size of Colle Santo here or elsewhere. Not even a Resource let alone a flow tested Reserve. So am not surprised you side stepped that one with a nothing for nothing response, that quite frankly means well nothing.

Question 2: Again I am not surprised you side stepped as once again am not aware of a company in the oil and gas space on London market or indeed abroad that is trading at discount to cash with a Resource let alone Reserve trading discount to cash and with Reserve in UK with or without permit trading at a discount to cash.

Question 3: I did ask for specifics and you had plenty of time to respond with specifics in fact I gave you to this evening. My intention then was to follow up on those specific cases. You have supplied none so I have no work in that direction.. Where is the insightful information I requested.? Re minimal and success suggest you check out the CPR and NPV, if success and 80% CHANCE has been given by independent the return is substantial relative to current market cap. Talking Green good carbon credentials for West Newton. There is still space for a West Newton is my view. I will cover West Newton in future further.

Wrong the risk here has not multiplied by a factor of 10 over last few years.. The situation right now is that the current market cap relevant to Assets has probably improved by a multiple not 10, but certainly a multiple... In the absence of specifics and you failing to make a strong specific, detailed case for what you perceive. As a new investor in Reabold I maintain my personal view of Reabold as a strong buy and maintain my perceived current value at 0.12p until I have re reviewed West Newton and the other assets. Until you come up with specifics there is nothing more to say to you.

4. Thank you for answering re that is where you come in.? Ok so you are here to pass on what you perceive re the Directors to new investors like myself within RBD. Well thank you for that selfless act. Have listned in absence of detail I maintain my personal view of strong buy. As far as CEO go they are head and shoulders above many. Off top of head here are the first three that come to mind..Louis Coetzee, Andrew Bell, Pouldon.

The price action has not surprised me too much. Markets do not like uncertainty, at present we have uncertainty. Hopefully will change if the company gives news of who is to succeed the hole left by the legend Richard, along with future vision reassurances that the company will remain listed... Then with permit Lahtojoki the pinks and Kuhmo program of drilling we can crack on with completing the profs vision, which he was robbed of seeing come to full fruition by the long delays in receiving the permit... Great shame that as he deserved to see it for all the work he put in. Quite remarkable that he kept his passion and kept working right to the end...Just pleased he had many other successes also in his time one of which was very significant Galmoy and in various fields beyond exploration mining. A second Director is Paul Needley. I suggest checking out his credentials and his company Enertek as being worthwhile.

Current situation is they are trading around 0.003p they are now a high risk punt and I have 10 million shares at the current price around £300 just in case of a 10 bagging.

The current value is a few hundred thousand... Catalysts for a 10 bagging would be the chief engineer returning they did have a contarct with Eqteq for £1.5million and a letter of support with Volvo. Also if John Gunn did manage to sell the IP or manage a reverse into the shell say Enerteq for instance... High risk punt but is that sort of share that can 10 bag and been around it since 2018 so alreadt experienced two 10 baggings and well in the money there. Has been a good share for me over the years.

Reabold is actually a much safer plat with more cash in the bank than market cap as opposed to a company that is a development company always high risk high reward those as two previous 10 bagging prove.

Also do not forget that as opposed to proprietary knowledge we have Reserves in Italy and UK. Both with CPR completed and high NPVS and in case of Newton 80% chance of success and in case of Colle Santo 2 wells that are flow tested and largest I believe unless you can prove otherwise? onshore Liquid Natural Gas undeveloped project. 3.Why as a shareholder are you intent on trashing your own investment. Using inordinate amount of time daily over sustained period of time posting a few times a day in negative fashion. Also if you do have insightful information why are you not posting it in a mature intelligent fashion so we can then look at details and see if stacks up... I am talking specifics.

The situation with Inspirit Energy is that the chief Engineer had life changing situation and decided he could no longer continue and took decision to care for them relinquishing his post... He was also an integral part as engineer army team that produced the fastest land vehicle within military and I believe is recorded in Guiness Book of Records...

Should have read free cash flow over half our current share price annually.. Project has 20 years and there is the prospect with promising areas within permit area to expand the Reserve later.

As far as AIM ceos go I have seen much worse. At least they made a profit on Victory and if they pull Colle Santo off re project finance and manage to sell West Newton as opposed to Colle Santo where visibility if permit is received is clear... It is not beyond realms of possibility that free cash flow of over current share price could be headed our way.

With the vote lost re removal I do not see what you are hoping to achieve by trashing your own investment. Generally interested what is the goal, tactic of posting in such a manner, when the large shareholders have voted for them.?

True the majority if not all are sat in losses. You mention Directors pay out of interest what is Sachin and stephens annual remuneration? Obviously if your trading under cash there have been some bad decisions made along the way and you will have some disgruntled shareholders. Re unaccountable to an extent yes. However there was a vote on removing them and that went against those shareholders that wanted that by 20% to 80%. So when it is said all shareholders are against them it is not true... Also true is the majority did not want the alternative put forward by a large majority 4-1. The price has gone down on PIS selling at a loss. The Larger investors Premier Miton, M chelverton, Munira and Ruffer are not selling...

To be honest in current environment for small caps the sale of Victory for a 60% plus profit was fairly decent and good for a variety of reasons thats I listed previously and one that I missed out the buy back of shares. On top of this we have had Sachin and Stephen taking an increased position in the stock at 30% premium to current share price and the 3 Directors one who you mention in the company we have our stake in have stock in the case of price 4.69%. Do you know if they are locked in not allowed to sell? If not they are not selling either.... We have a National Government in Itally who are looking to be a player in the LNG space and look on themselves exporting to other EU countries.. They have invested heavily in the space and projects that have waited years and years for permits are moving closer and permits are being granted. Abruzzo region softening as well we would create many jobs in region, there is already a skilled workforce and equipement could be sourced locally. On top if that there LNG is coming from elsewhere and would be cheaper if locally sourced ie us and be a boost for local economy... As with any project you always have those that will object but signs this is softening. The project has scale and has already been drill tested and flowed... 80% chance of success West Newton and plan to derisk further.. There was actually some good work done by the Group that did try to overthrow the Directors and maybe some of them have been selling out... One thing i did notice is how much cash Franco and his company put into this investment getting it to a Reserve. I could go on and on and more I research like I say cheaper this looks...

Re truth, you would have to give me specifics and I would then look into that... One thing I think they have done and is a bit foolish. IS to give deadlines to receiving permits... Not sure why but have seen it time and time again... I would never give a promise on a date for something where I am not the one that has got to rubber stamp it.... Under promise over deliver is way to go and to date they have failed in that aspect...

Re price achieved as opposed to spouted a bit more understandable. This is the hardest conditions I have known in small caps for some time...

Short term 3 months worse scenario can see is a price of 0.04p. I would def add to my holding there as feel easy technical bounce of 100% possible from here think 50% over that period... Think 0.08p is high point for time being...

Big gains will be made by those who are positioned from here and 0.04p if either of the below 2 land and would set a high of around 0.25 if achieved before Feb.

Sorry to hear that we have all been there AFRM have experienced both recovery and none recovery..

Key drivers to get a really meaningful recovery for me are permit Colle Santo and the increase in our stake that would come with project finance. Think a key is to get the option extended so look for that in Feb... West Newton high probability of success.

Not sure what price you are in at but a market cap of £20-£25 million should be obtainable with the above if success and then see where we are then whether to sell or hold.

I do not think West Newton has been replaced by Colle Santo. Personally thought I would start with Colle Santo then move onto West Newton in more detail..

Has been stated key focus is on both at present. It is the waiting game at the moment where you are reliant on others. Personally think whilst no guarantees both will progress... West Newton has high probability of being commercial and Colle Santo is commercial just need the permit is my opinion and intend to have some stock when either or both land.

History is important to a degree. But I am faced with proposition in effect of buying a small slice of Reabold at a knocked down price... Nothing will be at a knocked down price if there have not been problems... What I am interested in is are there reasons to believe I can buy a slice today at a given price and sell at a later date for higher price.... Is this slice today undervalued... I believe so and for that reason have bought... Sentiment on this board is poor in a way I like that. Reminds me of Serabi back off top of head over a decade ago 20 bagger much the same arguments sentiment probably worse actually...

Have free afternoon today for once so able to have a bit of fun posting here today. Out of interest why do you spend so much time posting on this stock day in day out over a long period trashing your own investment, what is the thinking behind, strategy?

Not to say could not fall to 0.04p it absolutely could, however we are certainly in under valued zone and could certainly get a short term move to 0.08p also... Real gains will be made re permissions Colle Santo or West Newton and holding at that time for Investors. In meantime traders playground as was seen recently in tight trading range between 0.068 0.08. Seemed like there was a 10% op every other week for few months...

Understand those that prefer to sit on sidelines then jump on with confirmation are you in that camp?

Ripe for a technical bounce of 50% on next to no news is my opinion is undervalued simple is way I see it. A degree of under valuation is understandable, but everything has it's price. Key is to buy when the disparity is large and look for return to the mean.

Have actually rolled it forward to end of November certainly would expect at least £5 million.

Like say assets in for nothing.

Show me a LNG project in Italy with proven Reserve like Colle Santo going for nothing you can not.

Show me a project like West Newton with high probability of success going for nothing you can not.

Open to constructive well thought out deed back and may adjust my value . All have heard to date is questions and have then followed up with more research. More I research more I think this is undervalued. Looking forward to your response though...

My current valuation is over 100% higher. Then we have plenty of catalysts to add to that.

Would expect Colle Santo funding to follow on heels of Permit and to be via project finance. It is a proven undeveloped Resrve has already flowed and one if not the LARGEST on shore LNG projects. Italy are following a two pronged growth plan via renewables and LNG. much investment going in. Guvnor sniffing for the off take...

Market cap less than cash in bank. I personally value Colle Santo at £3million then West Newton. How much was the CPR NPV.? Undervalued. Plenty of Catalysts to come and at this valuation plenty of upside.. All projects go through period of going about achieving permits financing... The wait at Colle Santo from Reabold is nothing we have not even invested that long ago....

No share will be cheap when the herd think it is cheap is why I say opportunity knocked and am in. Do not think 10 abgs but a bag ot two or five would be possible with right news from Colle Santo or West Newton. All is certainly not lost. Onwards and upwards.
