Building the case for delay more reasons come to mind beyond October 12th
The court case was not a slam dunk but Land court have had to refer back to Land Registry consideration for 3 points by Land Registry opening door to further dealys beyond those 30 days, so here adding to my previous 21 reasons
Took Land Registry years to arrange meeting previously
22. Under staffed
23.Always have heavy load of cases
24.Not realistic with the back and forth negotiations land owner that will be done going by past.
25.Will the Land Registry even find time to consider the 3 points with so many other cases.
26.Land owners do not even need to appeal in a way, because definitive decision was not made by court. They have sent back to Land Registry for further consideration.
27. Land Registry could well state they need more time to consider these 3 points and get further clarification, negotiation back and forth with all parties
28. Its complicated the boundary is simple do you appeal or not 30 days if not that will be rubber stamped
29.In relation to compensation how can they appeal as do not know what new offer will be once and only when 3 points considered...
30. Will they have another 30 days then to consider that new amount
31. New meeting have to up to consider new amount
32.Then after a meeting another 30 days to consider that
33.As this is back and forth process we are not even at supreme court stage yet, could be further to go at this level, then supreme court if land owner is determined...
34. Maybe Land Owner enjoys the fight of a court battle many do you know.
35. I is not about the money but the winning for some.
36.Pride
37.Dignity not wanting to walk away defeated tail between legs
At this rate I will have 101 reasons I move to 92/8 delay now. As not heard a strong case for why we will get decision by October 12th.... What I expect if delay and I am right is to read on this board we always knew would take longer from those like diamonds telling me I am clueless and will be rubber stamped...
