Fact is trading under the cash, combined with assets I still conservatively value the stock at 0.12p and that is taking into account any negatives... There is clearly considerable upside in my valuation as I will post in coming days. Like Simon says one of the most undervalued stocks on LSE. I would agree with that sentiment.. No time to be a seller at these lowly levels

Well 15% is neither here nor there with a low valuation like this. My conservative estimate of value as stand is 0.12p.

So can see them making... Simon seems not only to back them but to do so with weighting ie

IRG 6 BAGGER 30K TO 210K = £180K PROFIT

GKP 10 BAGGER 20K - 220K =£200K PROFIT

Would that be the same simon that has a track record of picking multiple 10 baggers... Who has pointed out Reabold are trading at discount to the cash, let alone various assets and who has also spotted the potential for increased recent potential in Daybreak US asset... Today's news , wow really like everything that was said ticks all the boxes came earlier than was expecting thought would take another 4 weeks before we heard...For me now trade and hold for Mineral Resource Estimate MRE, happy to stick my neck out and say when it lands it will show value multiples of our share price and there will be a big move on it. HOLD FOR MRE and tradeable also at these lowly levels... Its a buy for me am already holding have already bought at these levels so no need to add any more... Hold for MRE.

Some may notice I have gone from strong buy to hold... I have not downgraded prospects here to the contrary, have already bought and now holding for MRE pay day at much higher levels than we stand today.

Hey I bought higher by time I started posting negative I was so under water that I did not feel I could sell so still holding. Wrong decision fella. If you post strong sell then sell the lot move on.... But hey I posted negative and devoted large proportion of my life doing so whilst others traded and made profits...

Yes seem to remember Vamps and myself saying earlier in the year and us both taking some flack on this board and sent to coventry by an old online friend. Only mistake I made was re read RNS and actually thought at first way was worded that me and Vamps were wrong until Yogi pointed out the wording and fact was further delay... So we wait patiently like the prof was doing until father time called. Amazing to think he waited patiently 5 years and never got to see the permit.

Seems now everyone has woken up to the fact that Finnish system takes a long time. Was chatting to a Finnish friend of mine. Who said to me in Finland if they say they are going to do something they will is like a bond. However when they say they will deliver it could be anytime so if is not that week or next month they do not worry, will happen though. Rather like the Spanish saying manana, although with manana it sometimes never happens. Finland is rather like the European Canada good jurisdiction overall for mining. However if you want a place where you can get quick results, permits try Australia.. For a large Rio Tinto time is not an issue they will wait 20-30 years quite happily, but has hit us hard, had it been delivered on time, the 8p warrants would have been issued and we would have got 20p by now and 10 bags. Alas has hit us hard and thinking lucky to see 3p at the moment.

Just reading your post re followed the money ie the Sheikh money at 0.25p. I remember that. Perhaps should have added the caveat if you see value at that particular time...

Reason I did not buy then was I did not see the value at the time...

Also I would suggest you kind of followed his money... The difference was that that deal was a strategic one and that to follow his money you would also have to be following his later strategic deals.

This latest deal has no strategic links other than a straight investment into Oracle Power it is a clever deal and am sure they will make from here so have followed them and also because I see value from my previous entry 0.018p.

Always important to remember why we invested in first place though and you say you invested to follow sheikhs money. Well since the strategic route he is taking with us is that of Green Hydrogen... You can not invest direct into that like he is. However Oracle will have a stake in that also as with the Gold.. Green Hydrogen is a very good space to be in and a lot of $ is flowing into that space. Ig the Green Hydrogen project the sheikh likes he will do well, Oracle will do well and in long term he may even make a return on the direct investment into Oracle. Lets hope he does as would mean a 20 bagger.

Now not saying that will happen, however I do think there is a good opportunity here from current valuation to make an excellent return.

The New Investor took all £150k in the fundraise, so had to buy in open market and that is only way anyone else can buy now. I like these type of fundraises one investor and have seen good rises from this style of raise and buying in open market. Have doubled my holding so far since the raise.

From the valuation we stand at right now. I am really liking the look of Northern Zone.

It does beg the question though if you think that why you did not sell at 0.018p last week. Still everyone to their own. I really do not think this is the time to be selling though quite the opposite and do see this stock as currently undervalued relative to the assets and other gold peers.. The costs have come down, we are trading at a market cap that I see as the bottom for this stock and even a doubling of share price would see this trading at an undemanding market cap of under £2 million... We had cash before that has increased by £150k. The shares are at an all time low and my valuation of the gold assets has increased throughout this year.. I feel sure if you want to sell there will be better prices ahead. Catalysts ahead and adding the fundraise cash to cash already had, should take up to July and that even if pay off the small amount of liabilities on the book. Company is debt free and has some sizeable projects that could well attract a JV.

If you think that all the projects are worthless then absolutely you should sell.

If I hold an asset that I think is worth less than current market cap that is what I do. Sell and move on.

Presumably the buyer of £150k worth of stock at 0.013p sees upside on the investment or why else buy.?

I think the Aim market is low at the moment for gold stocks and ORCP target of 200-250MT and 0.4-0.6g/tonne AU for 2.5-4.8Moz gold so am adding to my holding at these levels...

Re new threads I got used to the Hot Copper board in Australia back in late 90s. They tended to use board for blogging and used to post their info as opposed to general chat. But will bear in mind what you say and guess the last post a response would have been better under re fundraise having read... In case of above post Assets is more approriate as is the point I picked up on... Plus is why the new investor would have invested.

They were approached by an individual investor who wanted to invest at a time they had cash in bank, rather than wait for cash to run out they decided to go with now. I think was wise decision so cash is rather more than £150k raised and should provide cash runway to July 2025... Plenty of catalysts in that time frame.

Cash runway extended well into 2025.

My understanding is there was cash in the bank and they were approached by a single Investor who wanted to invest. Rather than wait till time cash was low and raise at 0.013p. They took chance to raise now when approached, extend cash runway well into 2025 and ample for current plans and JV... If this was a fundraise of many I would agree not a lot and chance of flipping for 20% profit... However this is a single investor and they have invested a significant amount for any one person... Not a time to be selling at a loss and below that money is kinda what I mean by follow the money. The fresh money.
