Told this third hand but does not surprise me if true... Each and every month for past 34 months there has been cash outflow from London Market ie more going out than coming in is backed from my observations of many companies that left market in that period.... December bucked that trend as there was for first time a net cash inflow into London Market... Again from my personal observations think same will be true January. Expecting that to continue in coming months...... LONDON IS BACK..... Come on Karelian sell your story to London and beyond.... Because not sure about you FOCUS but back in 2023 before we went on that run of 200% plus everyone who I talked of Karelian or put it their way in person face to face was excited by what they heard and wanted to buy... Even then I felt Karelian could do more to sell their story... I see it as their week point..... Thes days I do not talk of Karelian in person but keep quiet like the company as it is their job to sell themselves so if have idea in that respect put to them.... Would urge other shareholders to do same in constructive manner because be great shame not to mention dilutive to greater gegree than maybe if they were too.... Anyway am excited whilst cautious in that respect and because of all the points that Carter quite rightly puts forward for balance and the uninitiated.....

Again off top of head so treat as rough guide but certainly eye opening Argyle mine 3% of diamonds produced and sold PINK. But accounted for 50% of profits from Argyle mine over the 35-37 years in production and also 90% of Global production of PINK diamonds during that period....

Here are some figures I have to hand for previous year 2024 and have added my own calculations so take as a not exact guide but close. As involved totting up all African countries and then combining as a continent and some basic arithmetic to come to following...

1.African Continent diamond production 61,563,543 Carats combined value N.B ESTIMATE US$8.56BN. Value per carat US$139

2.Russia 41,923,910 Carats produced value N.B ESTIMATE US$3.55BN value per carat US$85.91

3.Canada 16,249,218 Carats produced value N.B ESTIMATE US$1.88BN value per carat US$115

The above accounts for way, way over 90% of all global production for the year just passed....

The most advanced diamond projects in Finland to best of my knowledge... Unless anyone here knows different please inform me.? What is for certain is that Rio and De beers global giants that run the diamond trade will be well aware of tiny Karelian and Arctic Star and want a piece when the right time comes.... Personally I have always expected at right time a mid tier to JV and then a giant like RIO if scale right ie multi Billion $.... Where Argyle was concerened there were many owners along the way which ended with RIO taking the cake at a much higher valuation.... There is one for you Infinityx, would recommend checking history of that as I have done and documented publically ie some of the history to Argyle and many owners along the way... The mid tier in their case was ASHTON MINING.....

2. Another key point Yogi mentions is of Rio far from walking away created a new company for Finland (RIO Tinto Exploration Finland) giving them a visible presence in Finland which has not attracted much attention... Yogi says he may be wrong? No I do not believe you are wrong in the aforementioned Yogi and Carters two liner did not do justice to your knowledge shared hence felt would post to thank....

Re doing RIO prep work... In a sense is my thoughts. In a way they are using us, however am happy for that, lets say they are very aware of tiny Karelian and Arctic Star... But you are def right we are doing prep work, do have history with them, it is not attracting attention, interesting diamonds was not included in Exploration Finland UNIT... VERY INTERESTING...... Me personally I came in when RIO broke the previous agreement... Obviously if a company like Rio does not continue an agreement you have to satisfy yourself as to why... I can remember satisfying myself as such and did have all the reasons listed... I will not list here the reasons unless I find the scrap of paper again was written on... In short though Rio had guidelines ie the project has to be a whopper and was strategic at the time and to do with areas they were putting all energies into.... Anyway the reason I came into Karelian was because of who took his chance to come in and grab a TR1 stake in the company Fredrik Bjornberg... His family discovered Lahtojoli many years ago.... This really interested me as many years prior to 2020, well over a decade I was very interested in Lahtojoki and invested prior to and name change Kopane Diamond/European diamonds specifically for this ASSET as I view it. Everyone entitled to own view. But time will prove me right is my firm belief.... A none JORC PEA was done top of head US$26M... I thought to self that PEA figure will be getting lifted... First Equity did a good broker note and changed to again ooff top of head US$48M, thought to myself closer... Here is what I say to you when they do a JORC/PEA which does not cost the millions being quoted here I predict and feel confident it will be a lot higher.

Anyway back to RIO, pre my involvement and Fredrik TR1 holder £250,000 invested into Karelian...

1.Karelian had a confidentiality agreement with GLOBAL GIANT Rio Tinto 2010-2020... This was a serious arrangement with back and forth of info.

2.A point I will interject having answered for myself satisfactorily why did not go beyond early 2020 was it? Yogi will know exact date...Why did RIO eneter into in first place and for so long? I actually do not have full reason for that... A giant like them with confidentiality agreement with minnow like Karelian and feeding them their info on confidentiality basis and us likewise two way...... I actually did not know went that far back so thank you for that Yogi or reminding me maybe slipped my memory....

3.Yes re the 5 years delay I did not see that one coming Yogi neither many of us... Maybe RIO did as my chats with Finnish people, have informed me of how the Finnish people and business like to get things done but wheels of government are slow to move but Finnish economy not doing great... Howver that things are changing and they want to get their economy going and look on Mining sector as good place to do that.... From two different parts of RNS...

1.DATA processed over the green diamond target area. Survey already done.

2.Area of survey 3 square kilometres so we have source down to that area.

3.Not only that but we have pinpointed exactly two diatreme shapes. No wild goose race... Just drill them, they are not even that deep to drill... Has been stated before even found these two Diatreme shapes thta we had funds for winter drill program... So think more likely than not my opinion they will be drilled possibly already now but certainly before MID April...

4.Carters cash concern.. How long will our cash last long enough to drill these two high priority targets and possibly for us to get Lahtojoki permit....

5. infinity x VALUATIONS of similar situations show this could do multiples with right news and Carters makes case of why we are where we are.....

6. I would say this is a buy on the basis of downside to upside risk.

Think you must have missed a weekend Carter there was no RNS today was Friday...

Good point re nothing other than 2025... That window was put forward by myself with regards to they said there was an area they wanted to look at that was swampy and would have to be drilled winter and being aware of Finnish winter time and usual freezing period.I knew hat area would need to be drilled this winter. It is a priority area THAT COULD WELL BE WHERE THE TWO DIATREMES ARE. Howvere I thought they were doing nothing in that region and we were sat on hands waiting due to a lack of feedback from them... Also thought we would get ODM samples and not have such specific targets... Already been told funds in place for winter drill... You could be right but my money is on them drilling this winter the swamp area whilst iced over and read RNS again that is some electromagnetic survey done that I thought would have to follow ODM. No now we could even drill without ODM area there and we may even be doing that now way they operate like with Uav electromagnetics that caught most by surprise ie active... Am pretty sure whole area is not s2wamp- and if not swamp we do not need it to be iced to drill other areas. Infact those areas would be easier to drill if not got to go through so much ice... However swamp area does need to be iced... RNS could equally mean we are drillng all year but yes will nedd more funds from May is my understanding...

Lahtojoki work already been done conservatively think 3% and even pinks been recovered... Personally will go on Fredrik Bjornberg wore than what anyone says and Tehri seems confident... Cost wise JORC PEA does not cost millions and would give good idea of percentage pinks and give the market something could value.... Re JV not is we get permit Lahtojoki, be amazed if no JV off back of that... But appreciate your alternative view..... Def easier to be a thudder than a promoter in this game chuckle..... 1.They are worried or perhaps protective is a better word of prying eyes.

2.Personally feel they are a little nieve of how London Market works in certain aspects and could be making better use of their listing ... Though will balance that and take account of that protection instinct...

3.Interesting what you say of Fitx... I did not view that as an issue him stepping down, we save wage and think much of what he can do for us he can do like you say from outside whilst being supportive and think he thought same and think was honourable thing he did rather than clinging onto post ie he said was too busy but still supportive... In past he undoubtedly brought funds into company ie Morgan Stanley did think at time where did that come from before seiing his connection to them... 5.Not sure about you but I was surprised and very pleased with RNS... Great to see... But we really should have been informed step by step of process and they need to promote themselves more effectively to market and also potential investors.... When you have a TR1 second guessing RNS, tells me they need to improve their communication... Other than that I think they are genuine and consciencious, working hard and have done incredibly well to get in position they are ie pole position, maybe second to arctic star, my understanding is they have contacts central government, so hope that has nothing to do with our permit delay, chuckle, surely not.... Pole position Lahtojoki in what seems to be most advanced project in Finland and would be first diamond mine in Europe outside of Russia.. Am laughing to self as in another way what Carter says still hangs over us it is hilarious and is why such an anomaly between market cap and value of assets but like you say these situations can move very quickly and I certainly see us finishing this quarter higher than 1p bid or will eat the paper the RNS is typed on...

Buy is my opinion expecting higher than 1p bid by end of month... Target 5p MINIMUM 2P bid within that period lets see how I do with that one... 4p sell was a winner and 1.8p with target 1.2-1p was a winner.. Opinion if short on a spread bet bank your profits.

With regards to fancies, though love pinks and followed Argyle for many years up to its closure... So pinks at Lahtojoki massive.. I would not have invested if not convinced Lahtojoki economical... I do not feel I need PEA for that. Although market will and think will show clearly is worth way more than last none Jorc Pea that I believe was £26million of top of head.... It did not include Lahtojoki South etc and did not include pinks....

Fredrik Bjornbergg family discovered Lahtojoki way before fell into our hands.... Have to ask why when Rio parted, why, have answered that and actually invested after that event.. You also have to ask why Fredrik put £250,000 into us at 4p. Local lad who is a qualified Geologist both in Finland and Canada.. Yes perhaps sentimental value but you do not make that kind of investment if think Lahtojoki not worth multiples of , large margin safety... Even with 5 year unexpected wait for permit he will still be in money if lands... On top of that Kuhmo was like needle in hay stack... Now the need;le is the haystack....... PEA not cost millions could see us at 10p.....

Re competitors what is amazing is you put into google diamonds Finland we dominate that not RIO... I do not look on them as competitor, more another small cap wanting part of a huge pie and they have their own projects... Less advanced than us but they are moving fast... They are closest in terms of player in region and a minnow like us Arctic Star. Agree re permit...

I am not sure look on Arctic Star as competitor think could even learn from each other... They have a very good management team and Tehri has connections with them also certainly in past not sure at present?

Fancy diamonds is a thing I do know a thing or two about and have bought sold graded in past... They excite me though never bought and sold fancies....
