Similar to when GGP consolidated earlier this year - after a brief hiatus to allow for it to take place, you'll see when you log into your Fidelity account that the number of shares you have has reduced (ie divided by 10) and the SP has increased by 10 but your holding and its value remains the same.

While it's hugely frustrating and we all want PRIM to be censured for their blatant contravention of the agreement, what PR1 can't do is make any comment if there is indeed an official investigation underway. Doing so could compromise it. And these things move at a snail's pace hence no news.

However, if there isn't any ongoing investigation then I agree they should put out a statement to update.

Not having a pop at people per se but I, and possibly others, don't need or want to know how much of a holding any given person has. To me it speaks volumes about the person posting about it more than anything (bragging rights perhaps?) and frankly it makes no difference to anyone but the person themselves.

Not sure why you’re choosing to sell such a small amount each time (unless it was a tongue-in-cheek comment?).

HL’s high share dealing charges are why I moved from HL to iWeb who charge £5 per trade (shares or funds) plus stamp duty.

I keep HL purely for fund trades as there are no charges for those.

I’m a shareholder but haven’t received anything about the retail offer so it seems iWeb are not one of the “participating intermediaries”.

@Manifesto - also need to take into account that US Independence Day on 4 July was a holiday - so not counting the date of application, 30 days would take us to Thu 7 August so we should hear something by the end of this week latest.

Just tried to top up on iWeb - NT only.

@Derbados - I received an e-mail from iWeb (with whom I hold my He1 shares) yesterday with options for attending the meeting and voting on the resolution.

If you haven't heard anything contact your broker and ask why you've not received anything. Some platforms require you to tick a box to receive such notifications when you open an account (iWeb did that but I didn't realise until a few months ago). If that's the case, they should offer to submit it on your behalf but make sure to tell them you want to receive notifications in future for shares you have through their platform.
