If 687,500,000 "Fundraising Warrants" have been issued and thus far 3 tranches of 110,728,300, 400,000,000 and 102,100,000 warrants have been exercised, I can't see how that equates to 151,487,619 warrants remaining to be exercised.

Deducting those 3 figures from the total issued makes 74,671,700 remaining.

Am I missing something?

Gord - I very much doubt it’s forgotten or washed under the carpet.

We as yet have no idea whether PRIM or MB will have to buy back the shares they sold.

If once the legal bods have been through it all and it goes to court with clear evidence a judge will make a decision accordingly.

Then hopefully our losses will be reversed and the shares will recover and make further gains.

Gord - as I’ve previously said,, while we all want to know what’s happening with the PRIM debacle, it may be that PR1 can't issue any statements of intent either way for fear of prejudicing any potential legal proceedings.

Frustrating as it is we have to be patient and wait for information as and when it can be made public.

I just called iWeb with whom I hold CPAI shares in my ISA.

They've confirmed they currently have no instructions to stop trading CPAI shares.

LSEG website confirms that CPAI is still traded in London.

FYI iWeb (soon to be Scottish Widows) charge £5 per share trade regardless of quantity plus Stamp Duty for share purchases.

I get that African but I don't think they're ignoring shareholders.

Someone on here recently (sorry can't recall who it was) posted a reply from PR1 about the situation - essentially saying that things were still working through the legalities and thus no comment could be made until that's completed and decisions are made on next steps.

I'm sure most of us are aware that anything like this involving legals, contracts etc moves at a snail's pace. PR1 and their legal team can't afford to get anything wrong, and if there is to be any prosecution of PRIM and/or others they have to have a watertight case to avoid it all falling apart if/when it all comes to court.

Hopefully it won't be long before we hear anything so we just need to be patient.

There are still 2 more weeks in October so if nothing's announced by EOD on Fri 31 October then that's when we need to start questioning timelines.

If there is to be a delay I'd expect an announcement to let us know.

It’s as a result of wanting to trade in the US OTC market - they don’t like sub-penny shares hence the consolidation.

It’s consolidation not a transfer.

Ratio is 10:1 so the share price at COP on Tuesday would simply have been multiplied by 10.
