Easy way to ignore such posters - green bin them like most of us do.

I moved my ISA out of HL due to their expensive dealing charges (not for funds, just shares) as not being a regular trader I couldn't justify paying £11.95 per trade for shares.

I now use Scottish Widows (was iWeb) - £5 per trade plus Stamp Duty applies to both shares and funds. No Stamp Duty if buying non-UK shares but you need to apply to buy internationally. Once approved they only allow trades on European exchanges in Frankfurt, Milan, Paris, Brussels and Amsterdam. To trade US shares you need to complete W8BEN.

They used to charge £100 to open an account but binned that a couple of years ago.

As yet there's no indication they're changing their charging structure but I'll review if they do.

Should we be concerned that the management team consists of 2 non executives (one the Chairman) with John Farthing being (Interim) CEO, CFO and Company Secretary. Not the best way to lighten the load IMO.

Are there any other (non-board) management executives who are at the sharp end of the business as there's no mention of any on the website.

IMO this just goes to show the folly of Gordon Brown selling off UK gold stocks at rock bottom prices when Labour came to power in 1997.

Fresnillo shares are £35 a pop - I could buy 6 GGP shares for the price of 1 Fresnillo share, and I know which I'd rather buy.

If there's one thing I would wish for 2026 it's that those who infest these boards with their insults towards other posters and their inane drivel disappear down a large hole never to be heard of again so that we can all enjoy this place without having to resort to the green bins!

@The_Paladin - there's been an outage on something called Cloudflare (never heard of it before today) which has caused big issues with certain sites, ie X, ChatGPT. Not sure whether it's as the result of a cyber attack or something internally having gone wrong, but while I can access LSE via my laptop, I can't on my mobile. It's also affecting my M&S App among others.

I'm also disappointed that despite author42's soft launch the SP has dropped. I guess we just have to hope that once it generates more interest, along with the launch of other apps things will pick up.

I would expect that as CPAI is headquartered in the UK and has a main market listing in London that RNS and/or other announcements are made here first.

NDAs are fequently turned around in less than 24hrs, certainly within the executive search industry in which I recently worked.

It’s entirely possible that NDAs have already been sent to potential clients which could then be signed and returned after the presentation today.

Maybe buyers are getting in before Thursday if they feel the SP will rise …

… today - even a nice chunky buy of 289k shares earlier had no effect on the SP ☹️

A play on "Pot of Gold" - owning GGP shares is why I registered with LSE, having perused the board for a couple of months beforehand.
