The RNS clearly states “Strengthened the Board with the appointment of Daniel Gee (co-founder of Pri0r1ty AI) as a Director of the Company in the role of Chief Technology Officer”.

He was appointed earlier this month.

Taxing any surplus cash in a S&S ISA is spiteful pure & simple.

It was Gordon Brown who set up the early version of ISAs with his TESSAs & PEPs and then morphed them into ISAs (maybe as a sop to soften his vindictive raid on pension dividends which killed the previously unrivalled UK pension sector).

If Reeves (who will hopefully be out on her ear soon) wants to encourage us ordinary people to invest in S&S ISAs she’s more likely to do the opposite and force savers to liquidate S&S holdings and move them into cash ISAs even with the lower annual cash limit for most.

Not all S&S ISA providers pay interest .

Mine is with Scottish Widows, previously iWeb, but they don't pay interest on cash held within them before it's reinvested so I won't have to pay any tax (not that I plan to keep much in cash in it in any case).

I'm also fortunate that I'm over 65 so can use the full annual ISA cash allowance of £20k if I so choose. However, I plan to keep investing in my S&S ISA as well as any cash ISAs I have.

Received an e-mail today from Scottish Widows (with whom I hold PR1 shares in an ISA) regarding the AGM on 8 July in London.

Unfortunately I can't go but I'm hoping someone who does might ask the Board, among other things, to explain in more detail what's happening with the PRIM situation.

You can open a flexible cash ISA which allows any money you take out to be replaced in the tax year. The Government website confirms it - https://www.gov.uk/individual-savings-accounts/withdrawing-your-money#:~:text=You%2520can%2520take%2520your%2520money,then%2520take%2520out%2520%C2%A33%252C000.

Also this is the final tax year that the full £20k ISA allowance can be saved into a Cash ISA. Next year it drops to £12k unless you’re over 65 when the full £20k still applies.

Ronjon Nag is the difference. He’s renowned for backing winners and although it’s taken a while he’s proving his worth.

Opened at $14.96 (allowing for the 20min time lag) but has dropped back a little since.

Feel that breaking through $15 could help it move up.

Damn! Forgot about the time lag on ASX shares so didn’t see it actually closed at $14.54 🤦‍♀️

Closed at $14.62. Not a big uptick but better than finishing in the red.

Sadly my holding (a mere 1000 shares) is minute compared to (probably) the vast majority, but I’m still nicely in profit so for me B doesn’t figure in my thinking unless of course the SP rises massively to make it so.

I’m more C at the moment - happy to wait for Hav to come onstream.

I don’t need to cash in any time soon as I’m retired with no mortgage I don’t have huge outgoings/expenses (bar my annual football season ticket) but wish I’d been less cautious (bought in at an average of 8p) and invested less in AI stocks and more in GGP, but that’s life.

I have high hopes for GGP and look forward to steady rises in the SP as things progress.

I’m grateful for all the info imparted by those with far greater knowledge than me but wish the numpties - pretty much all green boxed - would go away so they’re not responded to and good debate/discussion can be enjoyed by the rest of us
