Sells and Buys are only guesses based on mid-price, so I wouldn't read too much into it.
There was bound to be a pullback after the rise. Many have been waiting for the FDA approval before deciding next steps, and it's fair enough that a few have decided to sell with a decent profit. I imagine some long term holders may be selling a portion of their holding to get their stake back or just de-risk their portfolio. It's not always a conspiracy :)

I've been buying today, and happy to hold now the FDA gate has been cleared.

Expect a few bits of good news in the next few weeks - a lot must have been awaiting the FDA, but it will still take a week or two to progress post-FDA to the point where it is able to be RNS'ed.

I think it shows the belief that Lindy and the Scancell team have.
They will definitely (IMO) have had approaches, but have turned them all away.
We know for sure they have had money on the table for Avidimab.

Absolutely, but that has clearly not been offered.
If you think something will be worth £100 billion in 12 months, why take £3 billion now?

I suspect Scancell have had plenty of approaches, but they are not prepared to sell yet.
Unless there is a formal offer, we would not here about it, and if the board are initially saying "no, we want to progress until we have the data to back up the science", then that wouldn't generally happen.

Just goes to show what happens with some decent news. Happy for all holders there. Our time will come :)

Looks like Scancell are investigating a US listing? Too obvious a conclusion?

We have our popcorn, the ads and trailers are over and we've just been asked to turn our phone's off :)

Gotta be soon now. Anytime from tomorrow to the end of the year, but I am hoping for big news before the summer break, just because there is so much going on.
Every time we get an update it is apparent how much things have progressed in the silence.
AIM being what it is the price drifts down between updates, hard to watch, but very small volume.

Maybe planning a phase 3 already?

I don't think Glycan/Avidimab is the kind of product that is limited to one partner - it can be useful to lots of different pharmas without necessarily competing with each other, so I wouldn't expect to see many licencing deals going forward.
And I'm not sure that all those who could gain benefit from it would already know about it, as Scancell are still a small biotech in the grand scheme of things, and many (especially from the states) will not have Scancell on their radar.

Wouldn't it be great if Scancell went to the show with one deal already in the bag for Glycan/Avidimab - would be much easier to make new deals if that were the case, being able to present someone who has already done substantial due diligence and signed up for it.

Amplivant enhances modi1 - it's an adjuvant, that's what they do. And modi1 potentially could use different adjuvants.
Don't know what the commercial weighting will be, but Amplivant is not the valuable thing here, in the same way that fizzy water is not the valuable thing in coca cola!

Absolutely roses, this is why it is such a risk to trade Scancell on the obvious pattern of sp gain after news/publicity and gentle drift down on no further news/publicity. You may well miss the big one.

Good spot - I suspect the recent purchase went in to the new nominee account, so the number of shares actually moved from the old to the new was 117,479,029. A B-minus to whoever wrote the RNS though, it is not clear.

Not real news - Barclays have changed their nominee.

I suspect the 10% is from industry averages of phase 1 trials going on to be successful (possibly refined to be in a similar area / target to Scancell ?). It won't take into account the lab work , the actual science / mechanism, and the amazingly talented scientists (LD and others) behind these products. Also, I don't think it is accounting for the first SICB1 trial already showing huge efficacy - this is a biggy, as everything is from the same stable here.
If you take the time to really research and understand the mechanisms at play, you will come to your own conclusions on percentage odds.

These reports are a good starting point, but investors should understand what they are - slick charts and fancy words wrapped around a spreadsheet model with figures from the Scancell website and industry averages fed into them.
