Agree sunshine, the reduction metrics are highly relevant, just to be taken with a tiny pinch of salt until they are confirmed via official channels.
And I don't think anyone is expecting the experience of one patient to apply to all - Scancell have already updated us on progress and made it clear that one patient is doing exceptionally well and many others are also doing 'well' but not such exceptional tumour shrinkage (as we have established, 'stable' can include absolute growth or shrinkage).
Obviously the moditope impact is progressive, so it is fair to hope that some degree of partial or potentially total response will eventually be seen in some of the patients.
I think it is fair enough to get a bit excited about results so far, bearing in mind this is just the mono arm of the trial, but lets be clear - nobody is expecting the spectacular response seen on one patient to be replicated across the board at the next update. And the sp certainly reflects this.
