Hi j45dev. Is there any way to verify whether any of these sales would have been during the day or not? Makes sense as I was watching the eb and flow throughout the day but also makes me a bit uneasy about tomorrow open, especially with the sharp sell off on the main index straight after close. Any thoughts welcome, I'm just keen to gain as much knowledge as possible.

Hi casapinos. Where do you obtain this information? Looking at the LSE display of shorts this is still up at 5.6% but also know this has a sizeable lag.

a friend of mine also has this showing on his account. Certainly a glitch but dreaming that there may be something in that.

50MA on the 1 hourly chart and 9EMA on the daily chart both about the 90 mark and I suspect that this is what's providing the support. Hoping so anyway, because now there should only be upside even if it's grinding. Apologies to all who laugh at the technicals haha :)

Does anyone have any insight/opinion on the vaccine news affecting how much uptake there is on the rights issue? I'm thinking along the lines that the vaccine news should make the rights take up a no brainer as a longer hold? This is new to me and please correct me if I'm wrong but with the rights issue, on the 12th doesn't the share price stay the same because the rights issue has already been accounted
for? The shares are just then in general circulation? I ask as I've seen speculation on where the share price will open up on the 12th. Thanks for any help and GLA

I am inclined to agree with your statement but I can't lie, the share price movements astounds me sometimes - particularly in the short direction. Looking at the LSE short position info, they're obviously big institutions, but the graph displays a figure of 3.6 (assumed %) whilst the total value displays 5.2%. Do you by any chance know which is accurate? Positive news though is at some point that needs to be flipped and turn back into buys which should help the share price, although on the flip side is it concerning that big institutions are still holding big shorts? Amazed they held out in yesterday's onslaught ?

regardless of whether people are holding long term or not, today's price move is contrary to the markets and contrary to any news flow / RNS. I'm trying very hard to understand why this has had such a sharp drop in the view that it can help inform me in the future .has anybody got any idea of why this might have been sold off so heavy today specifically? There just seems no rhyme or reason that that many shares would continue to be sold off?

Sorry guys - but to add to this further, if we then consider the main index jump, this would imply that the discrepancy in price movement is even more exaggerated?

Hi guys

Wondering if anyone more educated than myself can shed a bit of light on the huge price jump this morning of circa 6p. Lots of sells went in after hours yesterday but the bit that I'm not clear on is the movement. If this quant of sold shares causes that then why is the inverse not true where 7million shares on the buy side have Ben executed. Even we considered this to be historical from 3rd November it still doesn't make sense because you'd still expect to see at least a similar jump if not significantly greater. Happy to be shot down if I'm viewing this completely wrong too?

I'm not requestion decisions or advice with regards to investing but kindly asking for opinions from anyone who may be well informed with regards to the vaccine - purely because of the particularly significant impact that COVID is having on my family's life. Ultimately I think all publicity for MVR is positive and the more the better. Looking forward to seeing how he gets on and 146k Instagram followers and 50k on twittwe isn't exactly a small exposure but i must confess it's making me nervous that the Brixton academy line up might not be the explosion we were all hoping for.

Good news is that the Napster deal has massively taken the pressure off of this line up being so critical.

I look forward to seeing how it plays out.

Do we think that they'll drip feed the lineup then?
