I know I'm old and cynical, but I really wouldn't be surprised if the MMs are accumulating that stock so the big boys can cover their (own?) Shorts?

I believe that equates to about 0.5% of shares issued, and I would also assume most are a hedge against long positions.

I think it's number of trading days required to cover shorted stock on current trading volumes.
Ie, EUA stock on loan currently equates to about 1 days trading volume.

However, the consensus seems to be that they know when it's lodged for publication (1 hour before release, while it checked over?) but not the content?
