All good consolidation today. If we've set a base at 4.2-4.5 then all good. Some got shaken out on last night's stop-loss raid, but hopefully some traders have been replaced with investors now.

It wouldn't surprise me if we keep ticking up into the 22nd June. The City will be all over this. They'll know most of the float is locked up and anyone wanting a position will need to do it before it's plastered all over the FT and the company start offering revenue projections and PR.

You have to wonder what the advisers that put this deal together make of it. They took just 2m shares - at a nominal value of £35K - for presumably putting together a deal that took three years. How much do they expect them to be worth in 18 months?

There's very little stock too, so anyone trying to buy as it rises is going to hit a wall of NT. Even when the placing and acquisition shares come online, they will be reflective of a much bigger company and many of them will be locked up and sticky strategic hands. So, anyone wanting in here should consider it sooner rather than later, as we could be on the cusp of a mega-rise.

As soon as there is any buying pressure, they move the ask up immediately. Happy to absorb the 250K blocks and as soon as the book flips this afternoon, they'll be dishing them out much higher.

I think the MMs are either filling a big order or they got caught short on that spike. Spread widened and now strangled any trading.

MM games - widened spread (currently 5.0-5.4) with all buys going through at or nor full ask and sells at bottom of bid, then report lots of late trades from earlier to make it look like it's dropping on Google. They're well short of stock IMO and don't want people buying.

The most interesting bit of this deal is the fact that VLRM invested $2.5m in Blubird for a minority (small) stake which has helped to build out the platform. Yet the owners of Blubird were happy to take just over £415 of MAC stock for a 100% buyout. That tells you everything you need to know about where this is going. Those 23.7 million shares are going to be worth an awful lot more down the line with Blubird as part of this enlarged group.

There’s also very little float which could generate a parabolic move. Barely 50m of the fully diluted share capital not locked up or in sticky hands. HL alone only has 9.76m shares on its register. MAC trades four times that yesterday!

Large parts of the market slept on yesterday’s news. Hopefully today we’ll see more action as both retail and those in the City and HNWs who want a piece of this will have digested it overnight. Most of the new stock to be issued locked up or in sticky institutional hands so expect strong moves here.

Agreed - once 10p is breached, 20p will come quickly. This will be a BANK/ALRT/MBO-esque rise.

This is going to be enormous and anyone buying in now has got a real chance of getting in at the ground floor. It certainly won't be 3.8p for long, especially if there are really only about 50m shares of the 257m that are not locked up or in sticky hands. Good luck getting any of them when institutional investors and HNWs fully digest the implications of today's RNS. Bags and bags and bags here IMO.
