The true value of Alpala now?

The true value of Alpala, in around 5 years time( up and running and producing in line with estimates)

Use what ever metrology you feel is realistic.

I think the majority view on here is very positive not negative

With regards to timescales, It has taken 7 years to get to this stage. so some are wondering how long it will take to drill up 14 tenements.
I don't think it will take as long as some think.
It took time to get to know Alpala and for the first 2 years or so we had one drill, then 2 and it took an age to get up to 3 drills turning, years in fact. It was only fairly recently we had around 10 drills.
We were a small unknown exploration company in a country that had very little mining history and a very untrusting culture towards the industry.
The company and the country have moved on considerably.
Once we are cashed up, as we will be soon,
we could have 3 drills in 4 tenements at the same time.
What took 7 years with Alpala, could take 3.5 years for 4 more tier ones.
Lots of the other sites are now drill ready.
Even if we write off most of this year, in 5 years time we could have 5 top class mines with one(Alpala) about to produce.
I am starting to think that just maybe Nick is serious about Solg becoming a major.

Profitable well managed companies should pay dividends out of profits.
Profits rise over time as should the dividend payments, the SP should grow over time to reflect the profitability of the company.
If you sell 5% of the capital you will have a depreciating asset.
Look at what Buffet has achieved with coca cola in the last 30 years.
A tenfold increase in the value of the shares and a 40% yield
On the original price he paid. If he followed your strategy he would have no shares left now.

They have, but there is nothing to stop the banks giving a special dividend if they have not been stressed afterwards, they know the shareholders are not happy and HSBC especially was happy to pay, it had already been signed off and was due in the next few days. Many pensioners depend on dividend payments

Hopefully the banks will pay the Divi's at a later stage if their balance sheets hold up

Looking at the SP over the last week or so, compared to the rest of the market. It seems to be moving independently, in quite a strong way, does someone know something we don't?

Could well be looking at this, Irwin said they are all over a lot of companies now, with lots of stimulus money. They will be desperate to ramp up, and will use their first mover advantage, as I mentioned the other night, they will actually be the winners from the coronation virus.

I was invested myself a while back, with the hope that the smaller start ups would fall by the way side, as most of them are loss making, but the public have got used to shopping around for energy and I can't see than changing now.I switched from BG to bulb and saved around £300 a year and I was A CNA shareholder at the time, if I switched, Joe public is not going to be to worried about cna. It was actually the worst investment for me over the last 20 years. But I bought at a much higher price that you, so who knows and good luck. I think nearly all shares will rise from this level soon enough that includes cna.

Cna have been losing costumers for years to cheaper start ups.
Their plans to mitigate this have not really worked.
Revenue and profits have fallen over the years.
They are basically losing market share in the biggest part of their business,(British gas) and there is not much they can do about it.
A lot of anylists tip them as a contrerian bet, only because the share is so cheap not because it's a good company imo

99.9 % of the people on this site could not tell how the mutation happens it baffles the experts.
I never said it was the Chinese people ,I said it was their leadership and some of their practices.
