Can you give us a run down on what you think will happen regards the AGM and why the champagne?

I have no problem with the board holding back the PFS for tactical reasons. What is unacceptable is telling us it would be out 3rd quarter 2020. Then telling us there is a 3 week delay, then silence.
We are not children asking when we are getting to our holiday destination. We are Fully paid up shareholders. Some of us putting money into the company in the early days during fund raises at 3p before BHP and co had even heard of the company. There is an old fashioned word, some of you may remember it. Respect!

Come on. We have had these tenements for years. I know it's not easy work,but years now!
I might be completely wrong. But I just think we should challenge things from time to time. We will never know if someone else at the helm could have got a lot more out of this at this stage.

Surely the demand would have come after, if we already had a deal in place a few years back. That's when Nick made the statement. They have had years to prepare the sites in advance. You know where you want to drill before the drill arrives. Sorry I know what your saying but the whole thing looks like it's not a sleek operation to me.

It takes an age for anything to happen here. I've been invested since early 2013. If you look at it in real terms. The sp was 1.5 p in April that year, we are 37p now so its a slight contradiction but if you consider the build up to Aguinaga, the build up to the regionals, the ramp up in rigs at Alpala in the early days. It's taken forever. I remember Nick telling us we had first dibs on the drills because the contractor had so many shares in solg. Then we heard to second rig for polvinir is not even there yet a month late. What do these people actually do 9-5?

Some people actually want the vaccine to fail and for the virus to continue causing death and poverty, all to prove a point. Absolutely shocking. Some will spread misinformation online. There is no limit to the depth some people will lower themselves too.

How many words?
How many years?
Anyone who had Mathers ear, would know with 2 questions: Do you what to sell it? ie are you bluffing.
How much do you think it's worth?

I think the diverse book theory is based on the belief that no one will pay a high price to buy out the other shareholders at the moment.
After the PFS, if this is worth how much we think it is, why would someone( BHP) not pay that price.
If something costs £2 today but the owner tells me they are only selling it for £4. If I am pretty sure if would be worth £10 next year. I might well buy it for £4.

I think your absolutely right.
The big question about why no bid so far is always put forward.
Makes absolute sense that a bidder would wait for at least the PFS.
Most people would not buy a second hand car without a warranty and proper assessment from a qualified person.
Why would BHP spend Billions without due care and diligence?
They were happy to enter the standstill agreement.
We will probably never know what was said at that meeting a couple of years ago.
Unless Nick tells the story after the event.

In that case, do all the current large shareholders accept that Solgold are indeed taking this to production?
If that's the case are they happy just to be minority shareholders?
Most seem to believe that that is highly unlikely for BHP, the world's biggest miner. It would be like Warren Buffet taking a 15% stake in my local chip shop.
If your right, and I'm not saying your wrong. What are BHP going to do with there shares?
