Why a 5% premium for a 20% dilution?

The graph and bar charts illustrate how undervalued RSG is to it peers (at least 50%). I am not sure what the -debt/ASIC/life of mine -situation of the comparators is though. If RSG can keep delivering to target on production and cost base, whilst reducing debt this does give an idea what the share price could eventually rerate to. Profits in the current quater will be pulled down by the final large A$ hedge, the following quater and beyond should be very profitable with the only hedges >$1500 and ASIC<$1000.

With the fall in value of many small caps this could start moving into ftse 250 territory - always good for an uptick in value.

We know this has a huge potential but I was disappointed that they did not get their control samples done earlier in the year when they could see what was coming. I was also surprised when they said that they would use the lockdown to write the submission, I assumed that this would have been ready to go before the end of March.
With so much focus on the importance diagnostics and testing for covid, hopefully some of this momentum will subsequently be turned to diagnostics in cancer which in the longer term takes more lives. Angle clearly has the potential to play an important role in this.

Allowing for those who over subscribed for what they really wanted, it is likely that most, who want them, will get their full allocation. It is a shame that more companies do not go to PI's rather than locking them out in favour of II's. Yes, I think cleaning is going to be a huge thing going forward. The practicalities of social distancing and cleaning are going to be a big cost to many companies though.

I think that the new rule from FSA (because of covid) allows companies to issue up to 20% of share capital without a vote - so outside of the dilution for existing holders there may not be a need for them to scale back

With the share buyback through the big market dip it has held up quite well. I think that there has also been some buying and selling around its possible entry into the 250. As you say this news should help it up a bit. I have wondered if it would get a lift from possible applications in treating covid - the initial interferon trails, which look positive, used an inhaler (but did not specify which).

Nearly 5x over subscribed, will be interesting to see what next, the prospectus did say that they may consider offering over 0.3m if oversubscribed.

My trading account has been debited by the full amount that I requested - it is not a huge amount though- maybe should have gone for more...

I assume that the reason for the reduced cash is the accelerated spend on their new sewer tech which has been brought forward to cope with the demand due to covid (previous rns).

My only reservation, as has been pointed out elsewhere, is that net cash is decreasing every quarter - it would be nice to have a bit more detail as to why.

I am happy with this. It seemed to have been overlooked so for the past couple of weeks I have been taking profits from some other holdings and moving them to watr. Hopefully will see it rise back over 300 quite quickly.

With around half of the current quarters production hedged in AS (at a fairly low level) the improvement in A$/US$ since early April is going to help.

Given that they were working on the covid affirmers in March, the rns for the placing rather understated the following, as one of the reasons for the placing.

They need shareholder approval for both the subscription and 'open' placing shares, this can only be at te agm (which has not happened yet.

I have never subscribed to extras in an open offer like this before, assuming it is oversubscribed, do they typically cap at a set amounts per person, percentage of those requested or prorata with your entitlement ?

I assume that there will be lots going for extras - will be interesting to see how much and how they scale back.

I stocked up at 14p on the basis of its cancer applications, very happy with the covid test development, icing -with sprinkles on my cake.

I am still adding to my holding here. Last year Patrick was clearly not happy with the share price and was talking about introducing a larger formalised share buyback once authority at the agm this year had been gained. Will be interesting to see if this is still the case, with the volume typically traded you would only need to buy a few each day to push the price right up!

Not sure if we will get a rns about this, it is for 23M shares, this is for the Mako royalty as had already been announced and not an additional further dilution as some on Hotcopper imply! At the current PoG, the purchase of the royality should have nearly paid for its self in a year.
