Yep, holding this one, even grabbed a few more at 38 this morning. I cannot see any reason why their production should not hold up (or increase) - unless the factory(s) has to close.
I also think that their online business will have grown quite well, the number of reviews has been increasing, all are excellent, so they seem to be doing a good job on this. They were considering a 10m acquisition last year to develop online, looks like they may achieve their objective without the spend.

The problem with the constant updates of infections/deaths is that there is no context being provided.
Don't get me wrong I do think that it is a very serious issue and health services are struggling to cope, but - the normal average daily mortality rate in Italy last year was 1645 (and I assume the daily rate peaks at this time of year, so circa 2000pd?). There were 133 deaths from Covid 19 today. Given the age profile of mortality of those with Covid 19 there will be quite a degree of overlap between these two set of numbers. Is it serious , yes, it is, Is it as devastating as some are portraying, in my opinion , no. It is the peak demand on health services which is the largest problem.

Interesting, this trade does not show (the trade was at 15.42, 39.0). If not all trades show on here it would explain some odd price movements in other shares that I have seen in the past.

The FDA have said/been told to fast track Covid 19 vaccines/tests /therapeutics hopefully they may also expediate the progress of Tristel's products in the same way that China did.

I did/do view this as a long term holding but I had a big sell off at the start of the week and these were included. So far it has worked out well for these, there were some others that I hung on to which has proved to be a mistake....

I sold out @50 and have been buying back in today. The small caps always get hammered at times like this.

Pretty much as expected. The only unknown is the tax demand, which they dispute. Recovers from sulphide circuit at Syama a to be in low 80's so still not quite up to their proposed 85%
If you listen to the webcast it is, as expected, sounding very upbeat for this quater with them on, or ahead of all production targets.

It certainly does have a large spread!
This is one of very few of my holdings which has held up this week so not surprised to see that M&G have been building up a stake. I added a few extra as well. Perhaps the large spread stops people trading them as much as some other shares (HAT is a bit like this at times)?

Thanks for confirming the source of the information James. I prefer it when companies have a webinar of the investor meetings as there is often extra information beyond that just in the slides, not least often the answers to questions from the people present.
I agree that this has a way to go outside of covid-19 although this is clearly what is driving the price up now. Beyond immediate sales this will also help to drive longer term sales growth as it increases product awareness.

I had not realised until now that rats may be implicated as vectors of Covid-19 , so RTO pest control will be busy as well.
I assume that the exceptionally warm winter will have lead to increases in the rodent population through much of the Northern Hemisphere.

I can see this going to at least 500 over the next few weeks (or less). Buying out the subsidiary in Italy looks to have been fortuitous.
The outbreak of Covid-19 in Tenerife is ominous; it is the end of the school holidays, many families will have been returning at the w/e, in addition everyone was congregated at the airports because of the canceled flights due to the sandstorm, ideal conditions for it to spread. I hope not but it is hard to see it not becoming pandemic.

IC kept their Buy rating, hardly surprisingly, but the was one comment at the end (below) about Chinese military and UK hospitals that was not in the trading statement. Not sure where this comes from - the investors meeting perhaps?

As some have said below this has been a great share to hold. It is almost never mentioned on BB's and rarely gets a mention in the share blogs and mags however they keep growing and delivering profits.
RTO tends to always be thought of as pest control but it is much more than this; It will be interesting to see how much the 'Initial ' side of the busines contributes, with Covid -19 spreading there will be an increase in demand for its specialist disinfecting service as well as the more routine hand wash/cleaning services.

It is one of my core long term holdings - I just trade some around peaks and troughs. I added some in in Jan then sold some when it hit 440. After the trading update and the deteriorating outlook for Covid-19 this morning I have loaded up again for a longer hold as I think that a higher share values will stick this time.

With the POG up he SPP is now at a 9% discount to te share price (circa 62 p on asx) so there should be a good take up.
I am not sure if the monies for the Toro Royalties ($12M) was/will be paid in cash or shares - rather conflicting statements -in Q1/within 5 days of debt repayment (rns on 3rd said it was repaid)/but shares subject to vote on the 27th Feb.
By March all dilution will be out of the way, shorts keep reducing 11>7.5 (this is the value with a 4 day lag so expect lower now).
With no news to the contrary, production should be around 125k for this quarter- Ravenswood is still producing and owned by RSG until contract exchanged, so even though it has high ASIC with POG high it will be contributing to the coffers. (it will still contribute to a more limited extent after sale if POG stays high).
Although gold prices have increased in the past few months RSG has rather gone backwards/stood still - hopefully it will now start to rerate and catch up with its peers.

Most of the volume are paired trades - I have heard this mentioned before to do with - CFD's ?? I thought that in that instance it was in the context of it being at the end of the month. Can anyone enlighten me?

I see what you mean about volume- price is not shifting so mm's working through a large II sale??
