John - there is no 22 a day anything. That was said a long time repeatedly by Paul, but it turns out there is a yearly quota that has to be met before the higher pricing is achieved. This might be achieved late summer if CR3 production is good, but it will rest again in October meaning effectively TXP will not receive, or receive very little time on higher pricing until May 2027 (unless Paul pulls out yet another surprise that kills that current understanding of the pricing model). Paul misled us to an extreme degree about the pricing that CB would achieve for 2 years after the physical acquisition in May of 2025.

Rossannan - I would ban you before you even showed up to be honest. But you're a special case, and one that unfortunately goes back like 8 years or so now. Banned is an exclusive club with very few members.

Anyway, the rest of like the last days posts are why I hardly ever read LSE. There is no information for new potential shareholders to look at, no wiki, no history, no financials, no presentations, no news releases, nothing on Trinidad, and nothing on Geology. The Discord has all of that, which was the intention originally just for myself. But whatever, you can use it, or not use it, I don't really care.

The only thing I can most positively say about LSE and ADVFN is that if I were someone new looking for info on TXP, I would run away and not invest anything. So to those of you that say you are shareholders and just continually provide utter sewer postings on a conveyor belt, the rest of us normal people find it very strange and counterproductive to your own interest. Fair enough to bring up points that are negative, but to puke them out over and over and even several times a day, you should seek help - there is something wrong with you.

Stas20 - There are not owners of the Discord, there is owner. You are allowed to say what you want as long as it is not false information. Ranting about the same thing continuously like GGG like a broken record ruins any forum (like LSE) and eventually is not tolerated. The few that have engaged in this behavior have been warned multiple times before getting banned. Paul hasn't used me to spread any narrative, and I have reported on what I saw and heard in Trinidad where the main purpose of traveling down there was to see the CB plant. JBL has both before and after continued a question and answer dialog with Paul which is quite informative about what is going on and gives participants and non participants much more info than had this dialogue not existed. So no one needs to "toe the line", but you are expected to not spam with repetitive rants, present your points with something to back it up, and not attack people on a personal level. It's pretty simple really, and much less restricted than many other forums that exist. Would also like to point out as the "owner", I don't make any money from it, never have, and never will. Going to Trinidad actually cost me money and time, and nothing I reported back on was influenced by the trip.

Crl123 ….. you don’t need to worry about a link to the Discord working, I would ban you as soon as you showed up. You’ve ruined LSE with your incessant rage garbage, and you wouldn’t be allowed to do that to the Discord. You need to seek some medical help, or some type of psychological rage intervention.

GGG got his own channel in the Discord, even more than he asked for, and had big plans to set up some big action thing or something. Now it seems he left, and has never posted in his own channel. So big words, and little action. Not the first person with big talk, and ultimately no action comes from it.

You have your own channel under spy vs spy, it’s called GGG Loves Paul, all of your EGM business stays in there, I would suggest staying in that channel. If you or CRL123 start messing up any of the other channels I will erase both of you like water off a ducks back. I don’t support your EGM efforts, at least not until I see what happens during the presentation on Wednesday.

GGG - turn off your chabot for a few days and I will consider letting you back into the Discord. Only when you stop ranting will this happen. You are totally ruining the LSE board. Rossanan - one should expect similar flow rates and declines as the previous wells drilled at Ortoire. Flush production being the important factor here to recover well costs in less than a year.

Would just like to clarify that we did not meet the BOD (Board of Directors). We met Paul and Bryan who are senior management.

I'm highly encouraged by the well results today that the changes made to the drilling crew and mud system (back to what was being used ... arghhh) are highly encouraging so far. One big point here is that not just the drilling crew, but the TXP driling superintendant and someone related to mud (duh) were also fired. It's late, but late is better than never, and these clowns have likely cost us a lot of money in the past.

It's a shame that this funding incident has caused some to sell at very depressed levels. I on the other hand bought with both arms with the hope that the kind of RNS we got today would come (no one knows before you drill the well). The last piece of the puzzle is a solution to the funding situation and the continuation of drillng at Casc 4 which the rig is standing over. They are half way down, and so the next leg here could be a very short drill.

Drilling a Casc 6 at the B Pad was mentioned if 4 & 5 went well, just put in another well basically right next to 4 & 5. For such a short drill time, it would make perfect sense to do this before moving the rig over to CB where that pad won't be ready in time anyways after Casc 4 is finished, so I personally would like to see a Casc 6 drilled at Casc B before moving the rig. Fine if this meant a 1 month delay to the tie-ins for Casc 4 & 5 which are bolt on tie in's to the flowlines coming from Casc C to Casc A.

Hope we get that funding one way or another RNS this week. I think there is a good chance of that happening.

Anyone that couldn't see that the bank would likely require TXP to inject some cash into the business as a requirement to get the loan is lacking brain cells and needs to get examined. Simple back of the napkin without the napkin math coinciding with Paul going to London is about the clearest message anyone could get spray painted on the side of a barn. Take responsibility for your own view of the situation and stop making up stories about me because I happened to get it right.

If the CB deal is coming this week, it will probably happen on a Thursday. Paul has said before that things happen on Thursday's, so who knows what Thursday, but maybe this Thursday?

As Central Block has been an ongoing discussion with Shell for a very long time, don’t you think the announcement for the acquisition comes on top of decent signals for financing from the bank?

I thought it was something like 7%, but write off expenses so it became more like 4%. Borrowing in Canada wasn’t able to write of the expense. So maybe not 4.0% but 4’ish, which even still is a very nice number.

The bridge it was a big bridge as the bridge was big. Maybe not the biggest bridge, but not the smallest bridge either.

First off it’s TXP, and second off you need to do your homework to understand the upside you are to be given here. I think you’re getting too much, would have rather seen a 1:1 ratio.
