I’m happy to see an RNS, and more operational detail as has been requested by myself and others. Not happy about the progress, and the timeline seems unreasonably long, but hopefully this is because They have baked in a LOT of contingency.
Going from 4 weeks to finish, and then at the end of those 4 to an additional 4 to 6 weeks, and then at the end of those 6 add another 6 to 12 weeks shows a severe lack of control, project management and understanding of what is required to complete a project. I don’t care what the project is, or where it is. The organization needs to be strengthened.
I just made the discord (well, I had made it already a few months back), and in no way mean I am going to personally spearhead some charge at TXP. I don’t want a war, I want to see better communication, and I want to see waaaaaaaaaaaay better project management. We’re all on the same team.
Dunderhead seems to be on the right track in his post below, and so let’s see how it evolves. Trying to communicate with the board / management is not a one time thing, it’s a long term thing, and should be done in proper formal way.
So far last night we’re approaching 6,5 million shares, and 73 members with less than half stating what their holding is.
The number of people that joined in a few days was quite a bit higher than I expected to be honest, and proves without a doubt that there is a wide spread dissatisfaction amongst the shareholders at the moment. It also shows that many want to be long term shareholders, and are not simply selling out and moving on.
Remember that the Discord is also a very good platform because you can post pictures, links, files, etc. and is everything that these rigid English forums are not.
52 people have joined the TXP discord so far …… check it out if you haven’t, it’s a great way to post info. Haven’t tallied up holdings yet, but it must be in the millions now.
In the old days they strung people up from trees. Stealing cattle and other various such crimes. I’d say this is way worse than stealing cattle, and would hope that some of the locals have rope. Throw em in the pipeline trench after they stop kicking, maybe a bit before they stop kicking since they have such an interest in pipelines.

Thinking that this info might be shared with Dunderhead if he wants to drive this forward, but not to others.. We’ll see. Would be great if you PM to have a link to forum name and holding, but if you don’t want, don’t. Just might help to keep people straight. I’ve have had between 300k and 800k shares of TXP, and currently on the low side of that range.
It’s a shame we feel like we need to approach together to get better communication, or something more dramatic, but the end of the rope has been reached, and the only ones we can blame now are ourselves if we don’t try to do something about it.
I tried to invite people to a discord group, two responded. Discord is a really good way to do this, so if you don’t have it, get it. I will put up an invite again later after some people have discord. One of the people joined already is a brilliant accountant.
Discord is much better than these garbage lse and advfn boards. Everything is well organized, and you can post links, pictures, etc. Fantastic tool.

Something needs to be done with the communications strategy of the company, it is basically non existent.
An obvious place to start would be contacting the board and the massively growing loss of confidence of share holders in PB. The board is there to represent shareholders and hires the CEO of the company.
Something needs to change on the ground, or the person in control of the people on the ground needs to change, so the new person can change it.
At the end of the day, Paul should be on the board for his economic skill, and someone more operationally and technically oriented should take his place.

Clearly the issue with the NGC is that they are ******. 0 of 10 people on the Leadership Team are White.
30% are female, 1 is Asian, and none of them appear openly gay or transgender.
None of them have rainbow colored hair, but it is possible some are gay or cross dressing on their personal time.
Some may attend drag shows and prefer the use of varying pronouns, although these are not listed on the website.
A Strong White Redneck that drives a big truck from Louisiana or Texas with a lifetime of pipeline building experience would be a welcome 11th member to the team. Good to bring other cultures into the mix and increase the diversity.

Paul the slave driver wore them out. They are happy to be free of his cruel and unusual 9 hour work weeks.
I hope Paul doesn’t end up in prison for being so demanding, but then again, it’s hard to arrest him in Trinidad when he’s in Canada all the time anyways. Smart that Paul.

I would hope that they will use welding robots on such a lagre diameter pipe (Cascadura).
The Ortoire block and the geology department maybe, but not the rest of the company, and certainly not whoever is in charge of the construction projects.
Probably not so dangerous right now when everything looks like a train wreck.
