The (already good) fundamentals have not changed. There is no reason for the drop.

Remember the stock market preys on two basic human emotions - fear and greed. The MM's are well versed in both those and have the training to boot.

Luckily, managed to buy back the £12k into my ISA I sold from my non-ISA. Got an extra 2k shares into the bargain due to the typical MM's walk-down.

Just after the EGM for me. Full sale RNS on the 29th April (which funnily enough is a, yes, Thursday). £3.75 per share all in. $14.5bn consortium purchase, IMO.

Since I cannot hear (and thus use the telephone) I sent a secure message to HL with my instructions to allow the Chairman as a proxy to vote in favour for all the motions. They will get back to me to acknowledge this in a secure message online.

I have also sold some shares from my non-ISA earlier (15% of my total holding so a small amount, relatively speaking) to transfer to my ISA to fill the £12k remaining allowance since HL do not do Bed & ISA. If news drops before settlement, ah well - but I'll take my chances.

I do not share that sentiment and am holding for the conclusion. Sorry to hear you are uncomfortable. Remind yourself why you invested in the first place. EUA's resource base and connections has grown dramatically in the last twelve months. IMO, the pieces are falling in place and the BOD do know what they are doing to 'maximise shareholder value'.

If I was uncomfortable with a stock I own, and the fundamentals have changed for the worse, I would sell. Simple as. I would certainly not bleat about that on a BB as it was my decision to invest my money in this stock - no-one else's.

Anyway, I wish you well whatever you decide to do. Don't forget old Warren's quote - "The stock market is a tool to transfer wealth from the impatient to the patient.'

I still do feel NN will be involved in some shape or form since they are heavily linked to the MDA. Perhaps if it goes to a Japanese consortium they will have wanted some deal with NN to process the PGM's at their nearby plant.
