At the investor presentation Rupert did mention that mapping had started at the porphyry target too back in September so there could be some news on that. I can't understand why anyone would sell now with so much news to come.

Barton gold have had a great year, up 323% on the year and 9% over the past week and it looks like gold is on a rising trend again after the recent pullback, currently at $4,131 / oz

You always question yourself when you pick up more shares and see some red the following day but its only on a few sells and probably MMs trying to shake the tree.

I picked up another 110,000 shares near the close yesterday. Yes its down today and REEs are not for everyone but the de-risking of a lowest cost-quartile, environmentally friendly heavy REE project continues. The Company has fantastic projects which the management team have continued to advance at a steady space.

I just go back to the copper intersections at Blue Rose at think of what happens when the bigger copper herd takes note and piles in which they will:

Very much looking forward to the results of the field test. Hopefully it will be as expected for 'a highly permeable paleo-sediment bound by impermeable clays'.. If so then I think Cobra will have another jump in value as the proof of concept will be de-risked and a lot of industry players/funds on the sidelines might take interest. 'ISR, the lowest cost and most sustainable form of mining' has to be a winner all round if Cobra can show that it works.

And the end of this week marks the option termination so hopefully that drag on the SP will be ease.

I had a look over the presentation and completely lacks any technical detail that would make you want to invest and as you say the Board has little technical experience. The only geologist spent 10 of his 14 years in precious metals as an analyst, not an exploration or mine manager executing projects on the ground.

A get-rich scheme by the looks of it...and people wonder why the AIM market is in decline.

I was meant to say that I am more weighted to Cobra now but a portfolio approach for REEs is wise and the rising tide will lift all boats where management are performing well. Good luck to all

TheGhostofBZW was late to discover Cobra, its up a few bags this year but lots more to go. Then again Rainbow has also performed well. Given the jurisdiction and value uplift along with a fantastic copper asset

If I was working with this Company I would try to find a contact for the journalist Peter Hoskins (Business reporter) who wrote that BBC article and email him the imminent news about the first ISR project for REEs outside of China which is owned by a UK company. Getting Cobra in mainstream press might bring in the herds.

Looks like selling pressure on the latest news but for those with a longer investment timeframe the brokers targets are all very positive

RV was travelling to Poland after the investor meetings to meet an REE company and given how small the industry is in Europe you can do some digging and see who that might be and who might want the product.

Agreed, it looks steady around 4.6-4.8p which is a good place to consolidate and add more.

Fully with you on this, holding for 25-30p and market cap >£150-£200M as long-term holder. Up a few bags already but this will go all the way.

Good to see strong buying at 6p this morning, still a long way to go over the next 18 months but imminent newsflow of assay results and plenty of important RNS' to come after that.

There are a number of companies that have done really well lately that were languishing for a long time slowly advancing their projects but with good results and good acquisitions they have taken off. EEE was mentioned but Cobra Resources (COBR) have also done really well lately and with the new copper acquisition (Mannan Hill) in Australia they been flying, up 100-200% in 1-2 months with a long way to go yet.

Blue Rose Cu-Au Skarn Target will be easy to advance to a resource estimate, e.g. 48m @ 2.2% Cu, 0.76 g/t Au from 11m, 132m @ 0.5% Cu, 48m @ 0.8% Cu, 1.01 g/t Au and it has huge potential.

CHF should acquire a good drill ready gold project, get some technical people in and grow from there, the timing is good. Just avoid Cyprus again and the BS that went on before.

I was going to buy into this company after the recent run up but having looked at the website and resource figures given there are some big risks yet. The number of ounces in the inferred category at significantly higher grades than the grades in the measured and indicated categories is a concern. e.g. 106k Oz at 16.65g/t inferred in TP02 when measured is 9.5g/t and indicated is 5.16g/t

What if the grade does not hold up? A few infill holes in TP02 are more likely to revise downards the resource, not expand it.

They only own 33.3% now and can only get to 50.1% so the upside is going to be limited. I have been following Cobra for longer and its doing much better, looking for some diversification but this has to pull back a bit more before I load up

I have held for a long time and more optimistic than ever that this has a long way more to go. I added substantially after the Manna Hill acquisition and I am happy now that I did so.

Remember there is going to be a lot more news flow here, there are results from 1,000 assays imminent, field tests to be started soon, a new resource estimate on Boland, possible offtake agreement updates all within a few months.

Then another resource estimate on a fantastic copper project.

I will be waiting for the MRE before selling any, hopefully at a few more multiples of my average price.
