Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
Yes the plan still remains to “get the ball rolling” this month. I imagine an announcement will either be when this happens so we know they intend to do or early next month informing us what is in motion.
I understand that once construction starts the companies announcements are going to be much more frequent too, which will be nice.
Leak or no leak, it’s nice to this heading in the right direction.
It would be good if they could give us an operational and the the results of the revised economic model. The BoD always said these projects were very attractive financially, but the increased gold price just means additional to the bottom line.
You’ve got to remember that 162% rise is just getting us back to where we were previously. We now own the other half of Diamond Creek. In theory this should go even higher.
Nice little surprise this, just seen us at the top of the risers and read the RNS. Glad I had a top-up a couple of weeks ago. It’s going to be interesting to see where the sp goes now we own 100% too.
Well it jumped to nearly 6p around 18 months ago just on the prospect of reaching a deal with SAU. You would like to think that positive news relating to production will have a similar effect. Some form of timeline would be ideal, especially a production commencement date.
Thanks for the update Bunion.
It would be nice if from April the company were to provide monthly updates. No matter what progress has been made, it would definitely help with sentiment if people knew what has been gone on in the previous month and what is planned the following month.
Hopefully something can be salvaged from the deal with BritNRG as it appears to be progressing with its production increases…

Hopefully they’ll give us an indication shortly of what the plans are.
I’m just hoping North Korea don’t ruin anything with all these missiles it’s been launching as of late.
No news isn’t always bad news. It will be interesting to see how this one pans out though.
It’ll be interesting to see how the market reacts to this because Munni Munni is a big project and potentially a near term producer. Glad to see the acquisition went through.
It won’t be gold production in April, unless there’s been a lot going on behind the scenes that we haven’t been told about. They indicated a few years back that once works commence on site, production would be 3-6 months later. Personally, I’ll be happy just knowing things are progressing on site.
There isn’t a facility for gold elution currently. The funding from Auric is partly to be used for the processing facility. This doesn’t take long to construct though. GRL’s last year only took a few months.
Fantastic news this. Bodes well for Chariot’s future in the renewable energy sector.
Looks like Counsel were just a tad busy thats all. Turns out MNRG now own 12.38% of BritNRG. It states that 190 shares are disputed too, which would taken MNRG’s holding to around 24% if the courts considered the shares due.

Yes it’s very good news this. Whether or not it will “pop” straight away we’ll have to wait and see. Considering the year 1 target is 10,000oz, BMV’s EBITDA after 12 months of production would be around the current mcap. Definitely a lot of upside potential here once things start moving.
Mike, from an exploration perspective the results the companies has provided in the last 12 months have been very positive indeed. From a commercial perspective, the due diligence by DOID is out of the companies hands, so until all we can do is keep granting extensions until this is complete.
Well the is good news. The company itself hasn’t actually been underperforming, just the share price. Hopefully Darryn McClelland as CEO can inject some life back in here and get things moving.
Unusual time to sell considering the last announcement said “the Company is presently making plans for the team to commence work in April”. I do admit though, holding BMV definitely requires resilience.
Yep, in spite of what is going on geo-politically, Kun-Manie must surely be looking attractive to a number of parties right now, given the current metal prices. Even if a sale did fall through, it doesn’t change the fundamentals, so would only be a matter of time until another potential buyer came along.
Yes it’s a nice little surprise this. I wasn’t expecting the price to go up until the drill started.
