I'm guessing the DSV is in the field to prepare the subsea infrastructure for FPSO removal. Isolating any wellheads, getting rid of hydrocarbons in the pipework and risers to the FPSO which requires FPSO involvement.

Once completed the DSV would be finished and return to port and I would expect Anchor Handlers/Tugs to arrive on scene for FPSO removal. Its happening but not fast!

You may be loving it, but its fair to say Sept 2019 was a long time ago when I offloaded half at 161p. I've been buying myself in the last week and today. Have an interest here with regard to Skerryvore, which has unfortunately gone to 2025, with a high probability of Labour both increasing EPL and negating any offsetting costs against tax. I wonder what all parties to the drill will consider after the autumn election.

Feel your pain, but its being felt on most O&G companies. Both Harbour and Ithaca have expressed their dissatisfaction with the total lack of forward thinking from any party. I expect Serica Energy will state the same early April.

I am of the opinion that M&A (either/or) achieving greater mass is now a prerequisite in the UK and would like to see Serica/Kistos to reopen negotiations - they need a dynamic CEO and some oversea's assets. Been accumulating here in the low 140's and await next years ISA allowance. Keep the faith - its painful at Serica at the moment among others.

Even after a farm out. I've took the opportunity to add a few over the last few days. 9.19p & 9.2p today are buys rather than sells. Its a long time since I sold half my holding at 161p, having bought around 19-22p. Time will tell, not perhaps another Serica, but I feel patience will be rewarded.

With regard to wft / epl, the weasels have exclusively targeted oil/gas companies in the UK due to the unique position of being unable to pass on costs to joe public, as our product is priced on the international market.

The likes of the Banks, BG/Centrica, BAE, RR etc would simply inflate their costs to compensate shareholders. Unfortunately we cannae do that., whilst billions are accumulated by said companies and others. They don't want BAE turning round and saying their Nuclear Sub is now 10 billion rather than 4 - after all its value is better than keeping the fuel coming?

Personally I'm hoping for a hung parliament.

They sold the Swordfish last year and its now on a long charter with Mermaid conducting diving operations. Pity they got their fingers burnt as its a cyclical business.

How about picking up a 7% holding for less than £1mill in Longboat Energy. That would shuffle the deck somewhat and add a bit of intrigue.

My 9.61p transaction was blue on a day of no significant volume.

My last dividend went into Herald Investment Trust thats up around 25% at present and causes me no worries at all - unlike the death nell of EPL that is preventing any new investors into Serica Energy, despite doing all the right things this year on capex.

I still have a substantial holding, (stupid is eh!) and feel their is still a few cards to play to the benefit of the company and sincerely hope that the sp delivers for peops averaging down - the divi's not to be sneezed at. GLA holders

- and importantly a new CEO chosen
