Somebody asked for advice, not too sure why I should bother however here it is:
I know what was said in the webinar at the weekend as do a couple of the more vociferous people who spent a great deal of time accusing me of muck spreading and having laugh at my CV. Ring any bells my old mucker Napom?
So perhaps if one of those cares to share what it was on here so as everybody knows then there is a very small chance the PI's could do something to protect their interests, you're short of time so don't spend too long thinking about it.
In the meantime, I'd suggest anybody else drop Prem a line and CC in FCA Regulation demanding the AGM is held in the UK as that would be the essential first step.

Been as good as told there's a monster placing coming otherwise it's bye bye Prem, a BoD with a long track record of mind blowing incompetence, dodgy RNS's, high wages relative to every corporate measure other than what usually transpire to be AIM catastrophes, operating in Zim with a wheelbarrow of Zim $ rather than real money, unproved assets etc etc. This isn't even going to be in the 0.0002's the real question is whether it'll be in the 0.0001's or whether we'll achieve 0.0000 something.
Obviously the AGM Notice will include a consolidation or Newco to try and hide this fact but the effect will be the same.

Would have thought that was fairly obvious, nice complaint group and no need to answer any basic questions. Good to see the churn for the latest billion shares is going nicely, should be around 2025 before they're cleared.
