BP - Obviously hope your scenario happens then we'd all be happy bunnies, perhaps when somebody from the Company explains how this is going to happen and what the plan is to reach that point then maybe the market would value it like that. At present it's not even interested enough to give it any value at all, price crap, volume crap, cashless company diluting to provide another miner a loan, debts being created to major shareholders . Mmm think I'll keep my realistic hat on for now and go with some sort of variation of the other scenario and keep yours as the complete long shot. What sort of imaginary number would you end up with two new Board Members for say 6 months who we can't pay in cash, obviously taking into account our extremely prudent renumeration policies. Oh and remember say another 4 months of office costs etc

Unfortunately 50% of SFA plus original SFA probably means diddly to most shareholders still in, might reduce their averages from 90% plus down to 85% plus down.

As GR and people who is aware of through prior relationships must by now own a big chunk, especially if he gets an unencumbered share cap raise at the AGM which would give these guys alone near 18% as we can see from the numbers shares aren't being sold.
So 50% plus today's price and gets a mine that's had $20M spent on it, some licenses which we've been told are world class and a pile of Cirum shares we've spent millions on. Just a hypothetical scenario of course and an opinion but you did ask what would GR get out of it and would be an explanation for the loan. Note to Admin for when someone complains - I've not said it is what is being done I've said it's hypothetical and just a opinion as to an outcome that may happen.

at this rate, £454,450 worth of shares issued on Monday supposedly issued to be sold in order to provide a loan and so far we've had £25,000 of trades over 3 days.
If every trade was our loanee selling them (obviously isn't) it'd take another 54 days for them to be sold - sometime towards end of Sept. Then of course there's the remaining £300 odd K GR wants to dilute us more by to be able to provide the
full £1M. Lord help us with that they won't have been able to sell them before it's supposedly due to be paid back.
This commercial deal he's getting us into make sense to anybody really?

F4M - no volume over last few weeks for 1Bn shares so very much doubt been forward sold.
By the way anybody spot the buy and sell yesterday for 4.7M odd shares, lost £310 plus costs on £2,500 in less than a few hours, can't say people haven't been warned.
BV - taking private, easy once over 30% have to make a formal offer however it is possible to go way over this figure to make it even easier if people are only loosely connected. Ring any bells? Again just IMHO .

I'd guess SP has plummeted (yet) because the other side have $350K cash from the other lender so no dire urgent need to sell especially as they don't have to repay anything till Jan 2020 so stock isn't being dumped so no pressure on MM's to create a market. It's for this reason and again so as I don't get posts removed IMHO that this is all a prelude to going private with what must now be in the region of 30% of shares in hands of GR and Associates, won't take much at these levels to get it above the 30% mark and then a 50% premium takeover enables them to take control of all the assets for peanuts compared to the amounts we shareholders have put in.

F4M - well there's now some shares been issued which will be sold (albeit very slowly on current volumes) which will be returned to Prem as cash which can then be used to keep the gravy train going for the best part of 6 months.
It's just an excuse to issue new shares at best, at worst its near 18% of the Company, add on GR and family holdings and then you're heading towards can do whatever you want territory including taking private for a negligible premium. Obviously just IMHO

Steward, more than welcome to carry on posting as far as I'm concerned. My view on all this is quit dangly summed up with your "If they don't need a loan then you can be even more suspicious about the nature of this deal."
Hows it going to play out - taken private, merge and newco and huge raise, just more raises here - whichever way not expecting any of it to be for existing shareholder benefit.

Chippy - it doesn't matter where the f*** they are because they're were as much use as a chocolate fireguard. Just look at FIB's post on the power situation. Flagged this up about 2 months ago and good old Napom was on in a flash with nah won't affect us etc., they'll still be burying their heads in the sand and refusing to accept reality. Come on ladies and gentleman by now you must have realised "the group" is now a little bit of fantasy - may have had some membership when formed but by now it'll be down to the die hards who are too embarrassed to admit they blew the opportunity for change when it was there and as good old Nathan used to say have been right royally abused with the strap on. It's lack of doing anything means it did more harm than good.

Chippy - wrong tense, they'll be well and truly gone already based on the Accounts. GR will be currently trying to come up with spin for the AGM for a share consolidation and necessary humungous placing. Value left of my holding on circa 15M shares is bugger all so now just hold for principal, fully expect for them to be with 20% of bugger all when AGM notice eventually comes. Without GR stepping down it's miracles needed here.

Wolf, unfortunately he couldn't even get that right. Best time for Vic Falls is Feb through May after the rains. By this time of year water levels are receding.
