Now surely after the number of times they made a point of shouting from the rooftops that Prem has no debt (one the reasons why it's such an awesome investment lol) the RNS must be wrong.

Mal, I think most re aware of Zimbabwe's vast mineral potential and yes the President has recently mentioned Rare Earth reserves could be the 2nd biggest after China. However as he also mentioned it was an early discovery ... did you miss that bit, it's years away and our problems are a little nearer on timescales.

Mal, mean Katete, the REM licenses which at floatation were our number 2 priority. So suddenly after years of SFA with them they are now coming to our rescue. You really are bananas, did you see the figure for last years Audit & Professional Fees at £227K. Mmm what we just raised, $350K was it and after the shenanigans of the last year do you see it all being much lower .. the money was to keep the lights on for a month or so. There's no money in the coffers and there's as much likelihood of RTZ buying us out as $6M coming from the Zim Govt. Placing is all there is and yet again it'll get p**** up against the wall. Can't wait to see the cost of our BoD on the 28th and whatever little crackers are hidden away.

Aside from the serial rampers and The Group I assume nobody else will be too surprised to see the Zim Govt continuing with it's stunningly successful economic policies. Have a Zim $10 Trillion and Zim $100 Billion note on my desk from a previous visit there, probably worth as much as a US $6M promise from the current lot. How I miss the likes of Ted's posts as to how this is such a no brainer and Napom shouting his arse off with his averaging down at double the current price and more. The good old days, presume they're all just too embarrassed to post nowadays or more likely sold out after ramping the arse off the dead duck.
For the genuine long term holders here it ain't over till the fat lady sings, little disconcerting to see her now standing in the stage wing.

Oh by the way the RHA RNS's quite clearly state IF the $6M comes in it's to get RHA back to operations AND not for Prem General Working Capital. Also IF it ever comes in the RNS are talking about 100 days to production. Hate to tell you 40 comes before 100 but based on your posting you seem to have a problem with numbers as you continue to ramp this to death despite the price continually going down. Price going down isn't good if you're a shareholder by the way

More likely will be a share capital increase for several billion shares will be the only news in which case quite agree we might not be in this trading range, it'll be far lower. My guess is this 40 day loan will cost us somewhere between 15 & 25% of the Company.

We've borrowed money for just over a month with no obvious means of repaying it and you say its good? Pray tell how is this good rather than just another nail in the coffin?

Obvious questions are where are we going to find the money to repay in 40 and 70 days? Not too sure about teh independent nature of this with good old Stephen Dattels being Chairman of RM.
Anybody else get the feeling a bit like TCT that the Assets are going to end up being owned by a small group of people who all know each other as we'll get diluted to oblivion if the loan isn't repaid.

No Colby not relevant to a buyer just relevant to the usual whatever it is it with Prem in that it never happens on time or on budget or at all. You can go back to the IPO and the second biggest priority target was proving up Katete - we've even tried to cut wood in Mozambique and run a Game Lodge before our second stated priority.
Never mind the BoD get paid very handsomely for looking after our interests so all will be good in the end, rest assured they know what they're doing.

What happened there? Somebody didn't like it being in the open that you had volunteered your services as a NED and were rejected.

Phillip - send you email in with the UK AGM request. I don't believe we can rely on the $6M and the way the share price is crashing and the contracts these guys are on the Company will be taken private with them owning 99.9% of it.
If you search my profile for a post from 12th May you'll find my thoughts on what is needed to be done here - not guaranteeing it'd work but it's got to be better than the current. And before Napom comes back here rubbishing my CV in an attempt to maintain the status quo I turned around a Company in a similar financial situation and sold it for more than Prem's current market cap so it can be done, it just needs the will. UK AGM is an essential building bloc. To all, if you just want to see what's left of your investment disappear do sod all but if you want to keep the fat lady singing send them an email and demand the AGM is in the UK.

Phillip - answer is get the bloody AGM in the UK and then we can begin to instigate some action. Don't let this continue to happen.

Nice to see somebody at long last giving credit to Crazy for calling this right well before I did and also that people are now calling out the likes of Microtan, Xulu etc for blind ramping and Napom for his running of the supposed group. Had my fair share of name calling from all of them so time for one back, bunch of charlatans each and every one of them.
We really do have to get this AGM to be held in the UK so again I reiterate there is absolutely nothing in the Company's Articles to prevent this happening - if you're going to spend another 5 minutes on this PoS use it wisely and contact the Company with your shareholding and demand for it to be held here. Then we can begin to take action.
