Hi Steward - it's a month to the day since I posted in response to your question. Looks like I was correct yet again re no $6M and no Circum in the foreseeable future and we've played as mugs yet again for another month. The process not aided and abetted by certain posters and certain groups whose sole aim appears to be to maintain the status quo for reasons one can only guess.
Where do we go from here - well it must be pretty obvious to all shareholders now what the next few months hold, dilution followed by dilution and no doubt at the year end another Circum delay so more dilution.
Is there anything we can do?
For a start personally I'd make sure the AGM is held in the UK - however it'd need us all as individuals to contact the company and request it as I doubt the sincerity (or existence) of the group which supposedly accounts fro over 10% of the shares.
Get that first step completed and then it is possible to instigate change.
Will it happen?
I sincerely doubt it.

So Ted yours is just an opinion also - been hearing the same carp for years now. Only facts so far this year is nearly half a year passed, SFA achieved and the BoD's pay packets continue unabated.

To all, just look at the trade earlier today .007 flat. How long till you see one beginning .006? Probably not long if anybody tried to off load a few million.
Group 1 since last year, group 2 since Feb have achieved absolutely SFA where it counts in achieving a change in sentiment and a reversal in share price.
The same will continue till such time as real pressure is applied

We have a fundamental issue of potential assets in the ground and a BoD who see incapable of exploiting them whilst costing us the owners of the company a fortune in what they take out and rectifying one bad decision after another.
That's the only issue I'm interested in as I would have assumed most shareholders would be - however it seems your priorities are elsewhere based on your posting.

Smile I suggested yesterday to you EGM's are a hard trick to pull off and perhaps you should focus on the AGM. I provided you yesterday with the info confirming it can be held in the UK and if you read the Articles & Memorandum you'll find all sorts of juicy titbits as to voting, retiring directors by rotation each year (did you know that?).
Perhaps if you and Napom got more organised around that you'd have a better chance - after all you're giving GR a month to convince people as to the recent "updates" being more of his carp or genuine with the backstop being an AGM in the UK in an accessible location where just number of shareholders turning up and knowing the rules and organising proxy's would force a change of culture.

I trust that was ironic Jessell however in the world of Prem nothing is ever a surprise. Well I tell a porky there something actually for once going to plan, to timescale and budget would be like getting run over by a steam roller so that would be a surprise.

Mtl, the Zurich excuse was just more BS to avoid the shareholders. Go to the web site, Investors, Rule 26 and find constitutional documents. Just another one for certain people to brush under the carpet.
6.1 Any Director may convene meetings of the Shareholders at such times and in such manner and places
within or outside the British Virgin Islands as the Director considers necessary or desirable provided
that once in every year the Directors shall convene an annual meeting of Shareholders (the “Annual

Smile, well done on garnering some support and openly trying to do something. There are things in your email which are valid and things which I don't agree upon (as you are aware so no need to dwell).
One thing I would suggest for people to consider is an EGM is a difficult (albeit achievable) task to pull off however there is the one unavoidable meeting coming up in the near future being the AGM. Accounts are what 29 days away, that's 29 days to either prove (to people satisfaction) or disprove the genuine nature of $6M, Circum, new off take partner, two new financiers, timescale and budgets etc. Perhaps if you are garnering support that should be your target - voting against proposals and with sufficient percentage being able to table your own motions. Pressure between now and then being AGM as close to 28th June as possible and a quorum BoD decision to move the AGM to accessible UK location (read the Articles!).
Just a thought anyway, GR is aware of growing ire, no need to throw baby out of bath or whatever expression is, a set timescale and consequences. Don't even think Napom's group could object to that not being reasonable.
And just in case anybody is still in doubt my view is still no $6M nor Circum the only solution is a massive placing for Zulu DFS in which case I can't support it with how this company is currently run.

Ted - see in my reading what that means is something to look at in a maybe a year or so time if RHA actually ever starts providing a revenue stream. This leaves our new two finance providers and off taker - to me this sounds like typical GR a la previous, 'oh this is on the horizon, it'll take a bit of time, we need a little GWC till all resolved". Unfortunately been there many times before and all it has got us is 8Bn shares and a sub £6M market cap.

Ted - I'd be really interested to understand the mechanics as to how one could novate or assign a non performing payment stream. The reason why RHA owes Prem so much is because they haven't been paying the monthly rental, management fee etc etc. There is absolutely now way on earth would you be able to novate or assign them.
It is as it was this year, last year etc Zim Govt, Cirum or placings.

Napom read the RNS - £22+£3+£7+£15 = £47K is what was paid to Directors. I know you will support GR till the bitter end but please don't treat people like fools the RNS tells you exactly what was paid to Directors

Napom, there has been £145K raised of which £47 relates to Directors, the vast bulk of this raise can be sold at anytime . As far as how much the BoD have reduced wages etc we will only find out when we get the Accounts, personally I think you will find you've had the wool pulled over your eyes.
