RE: Proactive9 May 2019 14:28
Napom - no KME may not have sold them but they were issued and we have been diluted. It's in black and white in the RNS .... The budget for the initial drilling programme (as described above), including mobilisation, is approximately US$400,000 and the Company has today issued 212,413,793 new Ordinary Shares of nil par value at an issue price of 0.145p per share ("New Ordinary Shares") to KME as pre-payment for mobilisation and drilling.
Have they now been cancelled?
We were told why they were issued and we've been told the reason why is now not occurring - no need to issue them and they should no be returned and cancelled. It's not rocket science, you need to take your blinkers off as do the members in your group as you're having rings run around you. This time 212,413,793 times as per the RNS.
Start asking the BoD the right questions and then the company may begin to move forward - sheesh I've spent the last week or so on the mobilisation and drilling and prior to that KME generally, for what a load of abuse but guess what I was right and a rabbit was off again.
