Because it's designated for RHA expenditure and we have another RNS saying that including in buying 50% of KMW we also have to pick up 50% of the running cost and any liabilities not including long term ones I think from memory.

Smile - answered this before, bearing in mind the cash situation and my own opinion of the likelihood of the $6M or Circum occurring I'd say there is a greater chance of a placing for working capital in the near term. So take 25% off todays price so as low as the 0.06's. A bigger fear is if it drags out and the AGM gets put back and back as last years Accounts are going to be truly awful and are "going concern" caused. This would then entail the smallish raise as above and then the big one for KME and our share of going forward costs as this would then be at 25% below the 0.06 and we're looking at 4's or at best 5's. Appreciate base line issue cost for KME acquisition but that'll only be half the amount of money at best needed to drill Zulu to DFS. This underlying need for cash is here irrespective of the $6M as that if it arrives is for RHA and there is months and months of work required before it could (if ever) contribute towards costs as one would assume strings would be attached defining it's use. So that's my negative view which covers the next 12 to 18 months, on the positive if the $6M does arrive there may be a short lived spike up to the 0.2's and as I've said also previously I'll be off then. As I've said all this before of much more interest would be your and Napom view if the money doesn't arrive (end April your timescale) or end next week Napom's.

See we've gone from next week from Napom till well within two weeks from Smile or maybe more.

Wrong, wrong, wrong I'm afraid IMO. Too many years of failure and broken half truths, it needs either a root and brach strip out of everything which is wrong with it or an outrageous piece if good luck. If we get the latter and you stay in all the best to you but I guarantee you'll get a better price. I tried telling you this at your last announced buy-in at 0.012 but you weren't listening then and you aren't now but it's your cash as me holding my shares is mine. Fine for a bit of fun but where we are now is all you can treat this share as, it's definitely not an investment short term, medium or long.

Smile - I don't really care what anybody's backgrounds or motives are, however where you wind people up whilst at the same time calling for a harmonious board is because you keep dropping in things that just aren't true. We issued 444M shares for the usual working capital and to mobilise some drills, that's all we are not drilling and will not be drilling until the payment for it is worked out. Tick tock, rain in six months and before you say that is ages away just review the RHA notices, 6 months is SFA to keep the gravy train going

Dust settling is a good analogy as it's now beginning to settle as time passes, unfortunately for us shareholders money is needed before the process finishes. Random cheque from a bankrupt government or a hugely behind scheduled IPO or Shareholders. Statistically it'll be the last, just IMO, but to date for 2 years now I've not got a thing wrong here and as much as anybody I'd like that sequence to end but somehow this time isn't the time its going to happen.

Ring fenced - we've had vague comithtemnt letters RNS'd none of these say anything about ring fenced, it's an urban myth
Not much point monitoring KME after you've been diluted by 50%, much better to let share holders do due diligence before themselves as the Company's to date has been sh**e (Riverfort being the numero uno example)
Last but not least the new board - well if I was on the bones of my arse as their figures suggest I'd be pretty dammed sure I came across as confident etc
Take away the fluff and there is nothing, another company standing still just spending money. Carry on the fluff for another 6 months and we're into rainy season and more excuses.

Smile -if we had some information about KME perhaps we could conclude as to some complex political play in progress but we don't, the only factual information we have is $7K turnover $168K loss. If you're an Accountant you'll have heard of marginal cost - a non operating organisation (which KME clearly are) are there to be screwed into the ground because being screwed into the ground is better than where they are on those figures. Seriously my fear is a couple of old white boys from Old Africa school in a bar, neither with any cash and this is way to move both forward at our expense rather than the best value for shareholders. It may work but nothing i have seen so far suggests it to to be the most sensible route forward. I had the same discussion with George and Michael last Summer when the price was 0.17.

As a business we shouldn't, after the amount previously raised, be relying on either the Zim Gov or Circum - whilst for everybody's sake I'd hope either or both occur after 5 years one has to assume neither will for the foreseeable future. As such my own belief is our absolute focus should be on drilling Zulu to put a real value on it. Obviously it will cost cash which has previously been provided like Katete which to me is the ultimate kick in the balls Mgmt have delivered to us. Do we need to spending the overhead we do to achieve this? Personally I don't think so and short of the two events occurring in the near future I'd rather see a deep rooted change in how this Company is run not the fluff we've been provided about moving jobs and bringing in people who managed a whole $7,000 turnover last year as our saviours.

Well Plan A through to X have been a bit of a car crash and current Plan Y seems to be going nowhere. Looks like back to Plan A soon, raise cash for a.n other spurious reason and of course general working capital.

Smile, no it has not changed(the business) we've some potentially good assets but no apparent nous to extract any commercial value from them. As you say it may change but before any poor other bugger gets trapped in here far less of the all is good going forward carp please when its exactly the same as previous "money for asset. general working capital and it'll work this time", there are incredible risks here such that it should be a 100 to 1 shot. Its not a little bit of caution that needs exercised here it's back of fag packet caution signage which is required. Its no use saying people make their own decisions, would you have invested in Debs over the last week as an investor not a trader? Don't think so but then that's you and I but as that board shows there are far too many who read the shite on these boards and put in money they shouldn't. Looking at the share price I guess none of the above ... as each day passes it looks more like Prem being Prem which means another load of general working capital to be provided for in the forseeable future.

Just checked our Articles and we're biog standard Companies Act 1985-2006 for Members to requisition a meeting meaning 10%. The documentation to do so is widely available as templates.

Are we at cross purposes? we're discussing whether it's a reasonable decision to add based on a potential suitor at 20% today's price min. Appreciate it's not what we've held for so long for but if it is to be why not take advantage as can't really see much downside from here
