Smile, unlike yourself I don't need to post incessantly and have better things to do with my life. Today an RNS arrived so we comment. It's not rocket science nor is it some dastardly plot.
For months you've gone on about how good it all is, this is happening imminently etc whilst having go at anybody who has suggested it's not quite as easy as that. At this minute in time we are still in the same position as yesterday with regards to actually being able to do something and as each day passes it gets worse as cash declines.
Are we in a stronger position than yesterday, I say no or at best marginally so as it does appear does the market. The Zim Govt saying it's going to hand over $6M is one thing, it happening is another. You may not agree with market and say ignore the noise, hate to tell you ever since you joined this Board you've actually been the noise. It's going to need real hard cash to get this share price to move nothing else and the longer that takes the more likelihood of a placing. Personally I'd rather plan and prepare on the basis that a placing is the first of these events rather than latter however I fear it won't and we'll have more flannel with a general working capital requirement.

Napom the issues are as always time and cash - I'm more than capable of reading an RNS as I'm more than capable of realising just how long it takes to force a government to do something they've previously said they will do. Just look at how many EYU Governments have been told by the ECJ to do something or pay a fine and haven't done so after YEARS.
It's a nothing RNS as detailed by the price today, you can spin it however you wish but the market is saying whatever! Nothing has actually changed because there is still no money to do anything operationally, it's still costing money to exist, there is a short window of opportunity before the rainy season arrives.
So I'll leave you and Smile to carry on spinning as you have for months on end, it might make you both feel better but I'd guess most shareholders would actually rather see something constructive happen which may then get reflected in the share price as your spin and what the company BoD have achieved just what over the last year in this respect?

So here we go, usual Prem always something going to happen just doesn't actually happen. Reality is we are still where we were last week, last month, last quarter - no cash to get anything done, relying on Circum to do something or the Zim Govt to actually deposit real cash in a real bank account.If not it's a case of still being as it has been for the last couple fo years a placing needed sooner or later to carry on paying our obscenely paid BoD who at best (Napom) have deferred, not taken, a 50% pay cut.Some of you really do need to wake up and smell the coffee as to the way this Company is ran - just a little reminder not long ago they placed 444M shares to mobilise drilling, just exactly how long does it take to move a few bits of kit. More likely that'll just transpire to be another oh well it never quite happened.

OSG1 - just watching for now as only recently come across. Interesting post but noted the yield at 12g per plant, generally a plant should produce 200-600g of bud and CBD extraction is around 10% so seems a little short.
As indicated only recently begin looking into but any info you may have on this apparent discrepancy (which would be bonus if I'm correct) would be appreciated.

Time tick tocking away for the $6M, passed Napom's date a week ago and now just 5 working days worst case left for yours as to when it will arrive.

Think where Chip is coming from is not when is the absolute latest date for filing of accounts but in view of C&M last year and questions over funding the production of the AA should be relatively painless and straight forward. In the situation we are in a little clarity provided earlier rather than later would be beneficial to shareholders.

Afraid lost track of conversion rates, does that amount to more than the £300 odd traded today?

notice that aside from Ted putting up his posts today not one post which followed actually discussed the relative strengths or weaknesses of Ted's thesis. One or two thanked Ted for his work which is quite understandable but then the rest of it is just generally irrelevant, if we're going to have more posts one would hope people looking at this share for the first time aren't just going to find twice as much of today's offering.

Smile - see you still hate facts getting in the way of a good story. The 444M does not pay for working capital and drilling, the actual wording is mobilisation and initial drilling. From out of GR's mouth drilling 2 years ago was said to be $75pm plus overhead. 20,000M at $75 plus overhead takes you into the millions of £. Not many more raises is therefore a little premature to be shouting about.
We are exactly where we were yesterday no money and no route to DFS without a massive injection of cash.

No Napoml, what people asked for is a viable plan before dilution - you seem to have conveniently forgot about the 444M recent shares to pay for due diligence and mobilisation costs. Yet again it would appear more money p**** up against the wall and you seem to be happy with it

On the half full glass side it should mean we are spared the pleasure of Team Ramp for at least 24 hours whilst they reassess the rubbish within their posts from last few months.

When one apologises one apologises and that's it, when they then go on to some justification it really isn't an apology. Please trawl through my posts - you should find some headed Uneasy from 3 years ago t the time of the big raise and my questioning corporate governance, or those from Riverfort when I highlighted the true cost of it, those from when KDNC were being touted pointing out the didn't have the proverbial pot. Just a few examples which unfortunately proved to be correct compared to 717 which IMO haven't added one iota to the quality of this Board. Again some would say continually calling it wrong isn't really caring about anybody. They may make one or two of the die hards super excitable but in terms of possibly attracting new money I sincerely would expect they have the opposite effect.

There is no attack, you explained why you had joined and I questioned how you were measuring success. There are real victims in the world and Smile you're not one based on my post so please don't try and pretend to be one here.

Smile, not too sure what metric you're using to measure the success of your campaign but from a shareholders perspective the usual one is share price. You joined 25th Feb and price was 0.001105 and today it's .0008 (well less to sell).
Some would say it's perhaps not something to be shouting about in the manner you are as you've been screaming it's a buy all the way along and using all the tools at your disposal to crowd out anybody who suggests otherwise even though between the 25th Feb and today they've been correct.

Absolutely fine Smile, if you're analytical then I assume you've done cash flows for what we've committed to, current cash outflows and what happens if the Zim $6M doesn't' arrive in the near future.

Smile - this is AIM we are talking about a few geezers in a room, moving from CEO to whatever means diddly squat just a continuation of expense without revenue and the same culture.
Prem's problem is culture, $6M if it comes in will be a lottery win for LTH's but to my mind is both unlikely and even if so a short lived one. I really can't be bothered explaining again our interim accounts viz a viz cash and the fact the last raise doesn't really cover a huge amount of time. Rainy season has ended and we're not moving, today's are price tells you as much and your perpetual optimism doesn't change that fact. Still another fund raise as next major news is my guess, obviously fudged with some amazing deal / opportunity on the horizon to keep th next lot of enthusiasts going when you disappear as have all the others.

Smile, what a pile of the proverbial ... there has been culture pervading this Company for the last 6 years and not one thing recently has indicated this culture is about to change.
You are sitting here on a share "hoping" or "expecting" a cheque from the Zim Govt to arrive, what if it doesn't. It's not like there's no past history here.
Decent Mgmt would already have a Plan X in pace, I say Plan X because Plan B through to W should have already been implemented.
Wishful thinking and praying doesn't drive a Company forward
