K46 - honestly I don't think they could get them signed off without a strongly Qualified Audit Report so I wouldn't hold your breath.
Seriously as an Auditor would you sign them off and put your reputation on the line that the Company has sufficient cash flow for the foreseeable future without a ginormous placing going through?

Another observation - Company has more or less been in C&M for 12 months so aside from Payroll of course one would assume the number of transactions has been fairly limited during the period. This would suggest producing a set of Annual Accounts should be a relatively straight forward exercise aside from persuading the Auditors as to signing off on the Going Concern aspect - think you could bet your house on us not getting them until at least the height of Summer. Wonder why that would be??

If I were you I'd begin checking out flight prices to Brussels as no doubt what will happen next (and probably in the reasonably foreseeable future as Napom is back) is a Share Cap increase meeting will be called but like last time it'll be made bloody awkward for the average PI to attend. Combined with lethargy amongst holders proxy forms won't be completed so on a show of a few hands authority to issue a gazillion new shares at .000875 will pass creating the mother of all anchors on any chance of a share price increase and before you know it in 9 months times when all the cash has gone again it'll be time to do it all over again at yet lower price.

Since the placing on 27th Feb some 1.2Bn Shares have been traded versus 444M issued - other thing to note from trade history (even just looking at the few days stored here) 5M to buy costs £5K 5M to sell gets £4655, a 6.9% loss excluding trading charges for a few days.
Nothing to do with overhang, more to do with nobody believes the BS anymore and it's now a case of show us the money for the market.

Jessell - it was more a question of dealing with the man. I haven't bought since 2017 but have also not sold and he and I both knew it yet for whatever reason the efforts these people go to in order to try and discredit any LTH who questions what is going on. Stinks to high heaven if you ask me.

1: Check the email dated 17th Sept I sent to you - at the very end is my Prem Holding held by Std Life
2: Check the print out I provided from Std Life a couple fo days ago.
Is the holding the same? Check
Is the only difference between the 2 the total value has fallen exactly by the amount the shoe price has fallen since 17th Sept - check
Could I ask Mol to send through using the same email addresses we had back on 17th Sept a copy of Mol's holding TODAY on Std Life headed paper - check I could.
So you keep calling me a fake and I'll keep questioning your motives or personality.

Knicol, dig deep with open eyes and you'll find opinions that suggest all is not well at Circum with regards to 2019 being a year of great progress. We should be planning based on it not happening rather than it doing so.

Napom I don't really care if you do or don't. You accused me of being a fake holder, then that I'd sold out, then that I was trader. You knew from my email to you in the Summer that my holding proves 100% I'm a long term holder yet immediately you try to trash.
There may be other options but what is it with you? If you're supposed to be representing genuine long term holders you're making a complete hash of it by insulting them just because they don't have your same view. I question your motives or your personality.

Napom - please do, because when I had the discussions with George and Michael last Summer I was proposing a raise at 0.2 with warrants so as to reward long term shareholders to sort the mess out once and for all. Ie bring everybody on board with a bit of transparency, share price at time was 0.16 at the time, some 50% above where the alternative has got us. We'd even be drilling by now.

For the one person who recommended Napoms post this is just for you. Napom and I had email correspondence back the Summer of last year which included verification that I was a Prem Shareholder. The number held is the same as earlier this evening, the only difference is it is now worth £7K not £16K. I know this to be fact, Napom knows this to be fact yet he calls me fake numbers. Perhaps you should question his motives not mine, just saying
